Don't bother calling anyone else. I tried several AC repair services. None of them felt like they were operating above board. One other company even forced me to give them a good review before they would leave. OACE was prompt, professional, and reasonably priced. They didn't try to upsell me. They gave me options, explained the differences, and then made recommendations based on what they knew of my situation. There work was clean and thorough, and they showed me what I needed to do to keep everything well maintained. I wish I would have found this place years ago.
Called Shawn for AC failure he answered immediately and inspected AC within a few hours ordered parts and installed Puckett split in 48 hours. Great turn around in the summer Florida heat when other companies are backed up for days. So far so good AC works like a champ.

I would highly recommend this company. I called for a quote for a replacement heat pump system (indoor, outdoor & t-stat) on Monday, 5/15/23 when I got home from work and received a phone call that evening. Then Shawn showed up the next morning and said that they could do the job the next day (it was good price also). Felix was at our house by 9 am on 5/17/23 to start the job. He was very detailed and did a wonderful job. Everything about the job was very professional and they were very friendly.
