I had an urgent issue with my refrigerator, and I contacted the Optimus Appliance Company. They were quick to respond and scheduled an appointment. The technician named Andrew arrived on the same day and fixed the issue within an hour. I was impressed by Andrew's professionalism and knowledge in diagnosing and resolving the problem. He was friendly, courteous, and thorough in explaining what was wrong and how he planned to fix it. Additionally, he gave me advice on how to maintain my refrigerator to avoid future problems. The customer service was exceptional, starting from my initial call to the receptionist, who was friendly and accommodating to schedule an appointment based on my availability. The email confirmation and reminder of the appointment were also a great touch. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repairs, and I would specifically request Andrew for any future repairs.

I am genuinely so surprised to see so many positive reviews and wonder if we simply caught this company on a bad week. We placed a claim through our warranty company as our gas stove had set off our carbon monoxide alarm twice in a week, forcing us to evacuate the house and stop using the stovetop/oven. The technician who arrived was not polite or friendly and came off very standoffish. Naturally, I had questions on the culprit of the issue and how he planned to repair, as Co2 exposure can be life threatening & I simply wanted to understand what had caused the issue and how it would be fixed so me and my family felt safe again. I felt rushed and like my questions were irritating the technician. At one point, the technician suggested I "google it", which I realize maybe was a genuine recommendation, but honestly came off very offensively. I expect to be able to have my questions answered by the professional standing in front of me, not Google. To my knowledge, the technician DID properly fix the issue to which I am appreciative. But from a customer experience standpoint, I was disappointed as I expect to be able to ask questions so I feel educated and comfortable about the repairs being performed in my home. This tech def missed that mark.
The repair man was rude and would not listen to my husband and kept interrupting. All we needed was the belt replaced. He said it was the motherboard. It was obvious if he just lifted the lid of the dryer. Not there even 10 minutes. Either he was incompetent or just lazy. I was willing to pay to have this simple project done because of my work schedule. Ladies-just look it up on YouTube and do it yourself. Do not hire a lazy technician from this company. Edit-So he says he’s not lazy…incompetent then. The dryer was spinning slowly. The belt was frayed. I replaced the belt an now it works just fine. So Andrew, next time listen to the client.

Used Thumbtack and found Optimus Appliance. They responded quickly and completed the work in 20 minutes. Andrew the technician was professional and extremely kind. He explained the issue, provided an estimate and even wore shoe covers to protect my carpet. I will definitely rely on them if I ever need help with my appliances.
I have had my washing machine, refrigerator and stove repaired by Andrew, the Optimus technician. He is always professional, responds quickly, is always on time, plus the rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend them for any appliance repair.
Andrew showed up on time, listened carefully to my description of the problem, confirmed his preliminary diagnosis of a bad belt, had a replacement belt with him and did the work for a reasonable price. I have used him twice and been pleased both times.
From the first phone call to completion, Optimus Appliance provided top-notch service. Andrew helped us diagnose an issue with our freezer ice maker and the door gasket. He checked out several issues we were having and presented an explanation and quote for the repair. Once the parts arrived, they were efficient in setting the repair appointment. Andrew did not hesitate to provide same day response to my worry about flooding around my washer. He is a person of integrity , my washer was fine!! I had lint build up in the drain! He was able to remove the clog! He was able to accommodate my request for routine dryer service while he was here. Good service is hard to find. I highly recommend Andrew.👏👏👏👏
Andrew was extremely professional. He was very thorough in identifying the issue I had with my refrigerator. He then didn’t even forget to explain me in details what was the problem and how to prevent it to happen in future. He ordered the part and will be back next week when the part arrives. Before he left my home he emailed me all the information I needed. I will definitely use him again in the future.
It was important to me to get the repair done immediately. I called Optimus , they scheduled an appointment the same day, Tim showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, gave an estimate, was able to source the part and successfully complete the repair within a couple of hours.
