James is very prompt and professional. My AC unit wasn't functioning properly and he was able to put me on his schedule that same day. He quickly determined the issue and quoted me for a new unit for a reasonable price and had it installed shortly after. I would highly recommend Optimal for all your HVAC needs.
Great service. Quickly diagnosed and quick service. Didn't try to persuade me into any decisions I didn't want to go in. Gave me honest opinion and then still went with the option I chose.

Very responsive and knowledgeable. My A/C was not working, I messaged Optimal Heating and Cooling and got a response right away. They were out at my place within the hour and was able to fix my A/C within 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend!
James was very quick and responsive! He knew what the problem was right away after a couple pictures and messages. He was able to come out same day and look it over just to be sure. Was able to work around my schedule and came the very next day to install the new part to get our heat working again. Very impressive and professional. Very fast service especially during this years cold winter. 10/10 would recommend and refer to again!

A++ experience! James was very professional. I had tons of questions being a first time homeowner, he reassured me of anything i needed. This is not the time of the year to have a dead furnace. I got in touch with James from Optimal Heating. He stopped by and gave me a good quote. He was able to install my new furnace pretty quickly and saved me from the worries of freezing temperatures.
