it's so hot this summer, Ashanti has Quick response .good service.
When I spoke to Ashanti and shared that I needed help with resetting and reinstalling my AC unit due to flood damage while sharing that payment would be provided once the claim is approved, he stepped up and came through. His teammate Bran came to my property to reset and reinstall my AC Unit. Brian was extremely kind and was very good and detailed about storing and reinstalling my unit. The job is now done. My AC unit works well and now I know and trust an AC company that I can recommend to anyone. If you are having issues, Ashanti and Brian can definitely fix it. And you would be supporting and working with great people who are professionals.

Bryan came out on short notice to help with our AC. We have a special needs grandson living in our home and the heat was bothering him. Our AC was not working properly, but Bryan came out, diagnosed and fixed the issue fast, then explained to me exactly why our AC was not cooling. Thank you so much! Onyx and Bryan will be our “go to” for all our future AC and Heating issues.
I'd give 10 stars if I could. The technician came out within a couple hours of my call and fixed our AC for a great price. Will highly recommend.
I was tired of living without AC in my 1950's home. I sourced several different contractors and went with Onyx Heating and Air. I am so glad I did. The owner Ashanti and his team was timely and professional. He designed a plan for my home, even recommending some vent additions I hadn't thought of. They were punctual and completed the work quickly and in the rain! I highly recommended them.

I work at a supplier, and the owner of this company "Ashanti" had his guy come in here and the last few times they came in, were great and honest. So this last time he sent "BRYAN GARTEN" in and I let him go because I trusted him and he gave me his number. I call him 3 times and was hung up on every time. Then I call "ashanti" the apparent owner and he tells me 2 times that he doesn't have a card on him and that he will "call me RIGHT BACK" .. what OWNER doesn't have a Company Credit card? Never heard from him. DO NOT GIVE THIS THEIF ANY OF YOUR BUSINESS.
Quick and Efficient, they were originally just dropping off business cards and within 10 minutes our a/c problem was fixed!

I will definitely be using Onyx again! Their prices are great and Ashanti was very knowledgeable. We had an A/C emergency during 100 degree weather and they came to us that night and helped give us some relief.
