The air conditioner in my basement began leaking so badly that the hardwood flooring buckled in several places. I called HVAC Rentals, Ben Goldberg answered and told me he would provide me with a dehumidifier that would help to stop the buckling. Ben came to my house that same day and set up the humidifier. I let it run overnight and can already see that much of the buckling is flattening out! I would use HVAC Rentals and Ben Goldberg again for any sort of HVAC rental or advice. It was such a refreshing pleasure to work with someone with Ben's expertise, someone who does what he says he will do, communicates well and did not gauge me on pricing. Ben really helped us when we had a major breakdown of our system. He installed two portable HVAC units in a tight space that we needed to be very cool. You will not be disappointed when you choose OnSite HVAC Rentals. Thanks Ben!
Thank you OnSite HVAC rentals! Although we were fortunate compared to many others post tornado, we did have water in our basement. Any water remediation company was swamped (pun intended). OnSite delivered HUGE dehumidifier and 2 fans and set them up. Basement was dry in 24hrs. We rented for a week. They delivered, installed and picked up. Highly recommend!!

Great company and service. Contacted them on holiday weekend at 0730 for emergency at work when my heat pumps failed. Said he would be there at 1000 but called back to say he would arrive around 0830. Ben is the best as is his whole team in this Woman owned business. Highly recommended!
I will try to make this post as concise as possible but when the service is this good you need the whole story and understand why would give this company 100 stars if that was an option. We are in the process of renovating our bar/poolroom in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Perfect timing we know. LOL. Our main air conditioner went down in the bar so on Junes 26th when the Governor said we could open on July 2nd we knew we had to go mobile. I called onsite HVAC rentals and spoke to Mikhaila who was incredibly helpful and patient. She worked with us to get everything done and had the units we needed delivered on June 29th. June 29th also happened to be the day our wonderful governor rescinded his order that we could open. Another call to Mikhaila who was as equally helpful and patient and helped us work out an affordable option to have the units returned and the cost refunded. A huge thank you to Onsite HVAC rentals for not only giving us the equipment we needed at a great price but then also understanding that we are struggling with the current situation and going the extra mile to help a fellow business owner.

I didn’t actually get to rent anything from OnSite HVAC but the customer service Jami gave me was amazing. He was extremely helpful in what would work best for my event. Very friendly. Got back to me super quickly. Thank you so much. I will 100% keep you guys in mind next event and will recommend to everyone!
