Heat pump wasn't cooling the way it should. We called Only Way Air and couldn't be more pleased. Ladarius was able to diagnose, and get our unit running with cold air. I highly recommend Only Way Air. Thank you Ladarius.
LaDarius was so amazing I went through my home warranty & they said he was scheduled for Friday but I wasn’t on his actual schedule & he was gracious & kind enough to work me in he went over everything I went without A/C for a whole week. Very appreciative & grateful.can not thank him enough…

You will NOT find a better AC/HEATING specialist in the DFW area. Professional, Thorough, Punctual! He takes the time to explain issues and takes pride in his work. Highly recommended and I will call him again anytime I have an AC issue. I could not be happier!

Ladarius did an exceptional job in getting my air conditioner working properly. He answered all my questions and explained everything he did. Price fit with all the parts he replaced. Arrived in under 10 min on a Saturday! Super knowledgeable and friendly, fixed the issue and had the A/C back up and running in no time…will use again!
After 2 1/2 wks w/o any A/C in this TX heat and the original company Mighty Services Construction took my service fee then ditched on me, I appreciate LaDarius for accepting the service call from my home warranty company !!! In less than 1 hr raining & thundering he had my A/C up and running perfectly. If I ever need service again I will definitely request this company 100% !!!

If you need someone reliable, professional, and knows exactly how to get things done, then you need to call LaDarrius. I was without air for 3 nights waiting on somebody else that misdiagnosed the issue but this gentleman came and had my air working in less than 45 minutes. Don’t wait. This Texas heat doesn’t spare anybody.

Ladarius, and his co-worker, were very knowledgeable about the AC system. He was kind enough to go “above and beyond” in explaining some details. And most importantly, the AC was cooling and working like a champ before they left. I would highly recommend Only Way Air Heating & AC without hesitation. And they will be the first ones I call the next time I need their services.
Home Warranty assigned OWH&A to my claim. Ladarius and his team went above & beyond! Mind you I live 4 hours from their home location they made two trips out to West TX to get our new system installed. Honest & a 100% upfront about everything from beginning! HIGHLY recommended & will be using them for all future work.
