My new air conditioner (installed 5/2023) has had an issue where it continually leaked. After 5 service calls, I finally gave up on the company that did the initial install and tried OneCall Houston. Matthew came out during the promised time and did a great job! He explained what the problem was, the best fix for short term as well as tips for long term and alerted me to future possible concerns. If he’s available, I’d definitely ask the desk for him to come out again.
Very professional and knowledgeable!!! What would have taken my dad and I all day to do; he got done in 30 min. Loving my A.C. Thank you Andrew !!!! Fantastic job *****!!!!
One call is my only call for ac. Mat came out and accessed what was going on with my outdoor unit. Checked everything, explained, issues, went over options, and we had things going.
Matt Bartleson came, checked my ac unit, diagnosed the problem efficiently and recommended a repair solution which I gladly accepted and Matt did an excellent job I will use Matt in the future for ac repair/ electric work/ heating and plumbing.thank you Matt
Mike (Electrician) came out to trouble shoot my upstairs AC unit. Knew immediately what could be the potential issue and resolved in a matter of minutes. Knowledgable, personable and took the time to explain what happened and quickly repaired the issue. 10/10 would definitely recommend for your electrical needs.
Matt did a great job of figuring out some electrical issues we had and got them all squared away and fixed up to standards. Thank you for taking care of our patio area needs and any future needs we will be calling them absolutely.

One Call did an awesome job replacing our entire AC system. Unfortunately our old system broke in the middle of summer and 100 degree heat, but One Call got the job done on the very next day after Dylan came out to give us an estimate. Matthew, Sam, and Zach got the project started, and Fabian and Rosario came to finish up the install. Everyone was professional, courteous, and did great work! Thanks a lot for the help guys - we appreciate all the hard work you did in this heat to help us get back up and running.

Mike and Christian worked all day till got my unit working everyone a as so patient a d knowledgeable. I would recommend and will use again.
Christian Tippit did a fantastic job repairing our AC, He was courteous and very knowledgeable and even gave us life saving information about a serious issue with our breaker box that we did not know about. We will definitely request his services again with One Call.
They were amazing! Did sucha a good job. Super professional, fast, on time, and very nice and friendly. Did great work and got our remodeling project on track despite our house needing extra help (it's almost 100 years old) and they were able to detect the problems, fix them, both plumbing AND electrical, which was super convenient to have one company handle both issues. AND they were extremely reasonable on the price! Don't hesitate to call them if you need ANYTHING!

Christian and Dillon came out and fixed my broken HVAC system and had it running in under an hour highly recommend
I called about a leak from my A/C unit and they came out the same day. Dylan, called when he was on the way and when he arrived, he was professional and knowledgeable about my issue. He found the problem and fixed it in a matter of minutes. I recommend One Call and Dylan as my Technician.
Matthew was on time and very professional. He was able to trouble the problem in a matter a minutes before he got it fixed!!

I've been a client of OneCall for 12+ years. Edgar and his team are always punctual, professional, and get it done! My most recent experience wasn't planned -- our A/C went out while having family in town. They came same-day on a Saturday and replaced the problematic coils. (No, it's not more expensive on a weekend like some operations!). Then, we noticed with the new coils, there was an airflow issue with the plenum (new coils, new flow to the vents needed to be addressed). I called them on Sunday and they came out FIRST call on Monday at 8:00 am, with a team to make it all work perfectly! I want to give a shout out to Edgar's team! Thank you to Rob, Rosario, Fabian, Hector, Matt and Mike. I feel like the OneCall team is part of MY team and I can't say enough good things about them.
Bobby came to my house and explained every step of the process for repairing my air conditioner. I would highly recommend! I also had Matthew stop by and help fix a very tough and persistent clog in my sinks. He explained the whole process and we were able to get it resolved. Highly recommend! Especially for new homeowners feeling overwhelmed by maintenance tasks (like myself)
