Not only did they show up time, they were showed the upmost courtesy and respect coming into my home. They were honest, and did everything to make sure I was aware on how my system work. This is rare in businesses out here in Newark that is out to get you for your money. The professionalism made me very happy. After one visit, they will be my preferred company to service my Central air and my boilers. Truly impressed with their work and advice. If you need someone to assist, don't bother looking any where else. I worked with many contractors in the past, they are top rated.

My home is over 100 yrs old so repairs have to be done thoughtfully to avoid more potential damage throughout the system. I have had radiator returns replaced in the past by this company after water was spraying all over my basement. Today they replaced several water supply pipes with copper, going just as far as necessary with the runs to ensure another 100 years. The calcified elbows are gone, my water spigot finally works and I am a happy customer! I would highly recommend due to the craftsmanship. Everything is neat and looks really good.

The gentleman were very professional and knowledgeable of the work that needed to be done to my Hvac. They explained what the issue were and actually were happy to answer questions that i had. Im very satisfied with there work. I highly recommend them and will be obtaining there services or consult for any other home issues.
I recommend this company anytime the workers are polite, respectful my refrigerator wasn't worker i call the company they came to my house and i haven't hadva problem with my refrigerator yet great job!!!
The first time I called, they came right over and I was very impressed. The end of last season, my hvac unit had a block of ice on it. It was beginning of winter so I said I would wait until it starts getting warm to worry about repair. They came directly over, the AC was acting normal just so happen that day. I told him I wanted someone consistent because other unit owners would leave want the same. The 2nd time I called he said he doesn’t work with Nest equipment. I didn’t see that as a problem. I spent time on the phone with nest to see if there was a hardware issue and also to troubleshoot. Nest said that it could be a wiring issue with the heavy and not the nest. I called him back, he said he could come and gave me a time. He then called a little before the agreed upon time and said he couldn’t make it due to he didn’t have anyone to watch his kids. I offered for him to bring his kids over because my wife was home. He resisted that and that wasn’t a problem. He said that he would give me a call back within 30 mins and he never did. I called his cell phone multiple times and he never responded to me again. I called he following day to ask if he was still interested in work to fix my HVAC....still no response. He never called back after that either. He missed out on some good business because there are 17 apartment owners here and all of us were interested in a company that we could rely on. Professionalism of this company took a huge hit with me. I won’t work with them again after this experience. I saw them as young professional determined me. Wanted to get their business off the ground because they were new. Lesson learned. I hired another company and it was a fan issue and not the nest. My fan was repaired and it was fine after that.

THANK YOU ONE TIME HOME SERVICES FOR REPAIRING OUR AC SYSTEM WE WERE HAVING A LARGE MEETING IN OUR OFFICE TODAY AND COULDN'T FIND ANYONE TO FIX OUR SYSTEM THESE GUYS CAME TO OUR OFFICE FIXED THE PROBLEM WE HAD WITH OUR OUTDOOR UNIT IT WOULDN'T COME ON AT ALL THEY WERE ABLE TO GET US BACK UP AND RUNNING IMMEDIATELY AND THE OFFICE IS NICE AND COOL YOU GUYS ARE GREAT...
