THE MOST AWFUL COMPANY EVER! Not only they couldn't respond in a timely manner and fix the heating issue in the mini split system but also they broke the air and never answered again in order to not be responsible for damages. It took over 45 days for them to order a basic part - circuit board and still counting!!!!
Scheduled a fix for my non-functional sink over a weekend. Tech never showed up. I called Sunday night after getting back in town and he said he would come himself first thing in the morning. My wife came back at lunch (Monday) to check that the job was done, and it was not. I called Ron and he said that he would "call right back" and I didn't get that call so I ended up just getting another company. This company has no professionalism and no follow up unless constantly being checked on. My sink sat non-functional for 5 days waiting on them just to show up. I don't even know if they're competent to do the job because I couldn't get them to show up.
Beware of this business. Currently the contractor is working with a suspended expired license. He does not pull required permits for jobs. His work is shoddy and not to be trusted. Under no circumstance pay any money until the work is done and has been inspected by the city or another certified and licensed person. This person is also not certified by the various AC companies like Trane to work on their units. The 5 star reviews you read below have been entered by friends and relatives.
I made an appointment with them. Never showed up. Called the office a couple of times and the man at the front desk kept telling me he will check and call me right back. Never did. The third time did not even answer. Probably got more lucrative jobs so dumped mine without notice. Deleting them from my contact list. Will also let HomeAdvisor know.
One stop plumbing did an amazing job today. Quick service at amazing price. Would recommend them to anyone anytime. Thank you Ron Garrison.
This place is a gem. On short notice, when all other businesses were closed, the owner himself worked with us to get our AC fixed in the dog days of summer when other businesses had quoted much more money and a longer wait time. The owner quoted us exactly what he ended up charging - a very fair price - and did a thorough job. Haven't had trouble with the AC since! We will definitely be using him again for any future needs, and highly recommend!
Ron is awesome. Someone referred us to him and of course, you never really know what you'll get, but he was great! Nice, knowledgable and on the low side of pricing. Give him a call!
One Stop was the second company I called when my heat went out at my house on winter morning. We have an 8 month old, so getting it fixed was urgent. The first company gave me a bunch of techno babble and told me the heater was pretty much shot (circuit board fried, etc.). They left me with a quote for $9000 dollars and an unplugged heater "because it could catch on fire" and definitely would never work again. I called One Stop for a second opinion. They came out the same day, plugged in my heater, and it worked fine. They evaluated it and couldn't find anything wrong. I was in a vulnerable position; they could've told me whatever they wanted and I would've believed them because it was so urgent to get the heat back on. Instead, the told me that there was nothing wrong and that they didn't want to charge me to fix something that wasn't broken. I was impressed by the integrity they showed and will definitely use them again in the future! They saved my $9000 that day.
Ron came out promptly to investigate my issue, which gave me hope he was a decent business person. He said he'd be back the next day to fix my sink. The next day I called, he answered, but never showed. The day after that I called him again. Ron apologized and said he'd be at my house that afternoon. He showed, but didn't have the proper equipment. He said he'd send "his guys" this afternoon. Nobody is here. Ron isn't answering his phone. And I've called a new plumber. I'd advise you to call someone else, too.
BEWARE OF RON!!! He did a job for us (in which he was paid in cash) at a rental property that didn't resolve the issue, rather it only made the issue worse. After multiple unanswered phone calls and messages to Ron last week, we have yet to receive a call back or even an acknowledgement. Ron obviously does not honor his work as he claims. So... if you are looking for a plumber in Memphis, please save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!!!!

Ron was great! My A/C had been out for almost 2 weeks and he was able to be at my house within 20 minutes of me calling him. Very knowledgeable, nice, and reasonably priced. Will definitely call him again if I have any other issues.

Ron has shown expertise with our A/C issues and is extremely reasonable. We used another company previously and feel now that we overpaid. He explains what's wrong and what's right and always gives us a few options. He has been our go-to guy since 2010. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I called Ron when the AC unit where I work needed attention. He was there within the hour, took care of the problem, and was very reasonable in his pricing. He was even patient enough to wait 15 minutes while the person with the keys to the locks on the outside units got there to drop them off!
Ron has been very quick with getting our HVAC working again in our house. He is professional and courteous. We have use him for years, and will continue to use him for any plumbing or HVAC matters!
