Called one hour heating and air to move a thermostat, Ronny came quickly with a very fair estimate, I thought. He was professional thorough and quick. Was able with no problem to move my thermostat thanks one hour heating and air! You are the best!
First off, they gave me a 2 hour window when the tech would arrived. He arrived 40 minutes late outside that window. Nothing was accomplished. I could have already tell that this guy wanted to squeeze every dollar he could can out of me. I was then told that I need to buy a $300 thermostat. Not even a smart thermostat at that, but a 7 day programmable one that you can get from home depot for $70. Thankfully, I'm a Real New Yorker and I seen the game that he was trying play. I decided to use another HVAC company,. Not only did they fix the issue, they used the current thermostat that I already had. I cant understand why your tech couldn't do the same. In total I was charged over $300. Not to mentioned if I used this same poor service I would have been charged more if I allowed him to come the following day to try and fix the issue. STAY FAR AWAY!!!
Succinct and to the point.
A relatively new Samsung ductless air conditioner/heat pump was not pushing cold air. Within 10 minutes they had it up and running again. Highly recommend the service. Service personnel were very pleasant to deal with, kept me well informed the entire time.
Received an estimate from him and was very pleased with him. Was extremely professional and took the time to sit down and explain everything to me.
Jimmy did a great job installing a new HVAC gas hot air furnace in a tight spot. They were professional, polite , personable and very neat workers. Cleaned up so good you never knew they were here. I will definitely recommend One Hour Heating & Air. Jimmy followed up on a repair did a great job again
If you’d like to have your time wasted and your hopes perish, do give them a call. Inept costumer service followed by lack of arrival for service. Completely useless!

Customer service and the technician were courteous and highly professional. This is a company who truly cares for their customers. They keep you informed throughout the process and their prices were reasonable.
Technician arrived on time and was very courteous, wore a face mask and shoe covers. He had my Heating Unit running again quickly, explained everything to me every step of the way. I would highly recommend One hour Air conditioning and heating.
Called at 10am on Friday, told would be here between 12-2, then 2-4. Now not until Monday. 1 hour really?
They were on time so that was nice. The gentleman took a look at my furnace and quoted me a price of $1500. I called another company and they did the job for $261. One hour heating and air conditioning misdiagnosed the problem.
He was great! explained everything, replaced an attachment that was not appropriate for the exhaust pipe. I will recommend this company and will use again.
I want to thank One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning for providing me a great service and fixing the issue i had with my boiler not turning on. Technician was very professional and informative. I definitely recommend them to anyone.
