Jasmine was prompt, professional, focused and gave good advice. I need a new system as mine is 22 years old and I'm sure they will take care of me.
From start to finish, only thing the "tech" wanted was to sell me a new furnace and air conditioner. Did nothing to try to fix the problem for which I contacted them, which was to fix the air conditioner. Spent over 90 minutes trying to sell me a $20,000 plus A/C and furnace system (which was the lowest one they offer), plus another $3700 in other "features," and left without fixing the A/C or telling me that it could be fixed. I called another company, who came out the same day. Yes, I need a new furnace and A/C as mine are 21 years old. BUT, all the A/C needed to get going again was a new capacitor. I did not appreciate spending my time and $90 to have someone give me a big sales pitch and do NOTHING. The other company I called fixed it easily and promptly, informed me to "start saving" for a new system, and said I would probably have to spend between $15,000 and $20,000. Not the ridiculous amounts One Hour was quoting me. I do not recommend this company to any one.
Too bad this company couldn’t service my furnace’s brand. Appointment could have been averted by inquiring about it up front.
Dan went over and above answering my questions, giving me options and delivery the best customer service.
Dean was great. Had a couple minor issues. Fixed under warranty and even fixed one item we didn’t know about just to make sure the job was done right.
Iwas very impressed with Vernon Thomas, with the knowledge and consideration of my situation of my A/C unit. The detailed options and recommendations was spot on. I have a better understanding of my choices going forward. Vernon was very polite and I'm pleased with the service.

I called as soon as Carl had completed the annual check up and advised he did a superb job, plus he was a joy to work with. Carl explained in detail the operation of my furnace and air conditioner, advising that everything is running normally. I really appreciate your company and its service.

Our AC stopped working on a particularly hot day recently. Vernon from One Hour arrived and checked out our system which was sadly done for. He showed us the issues and I will just say I am glad we didnt have a house fire. The need for a new HVAC system was not my favorite surprise but we were able to make informed decisions. Vernon provided several options and explained everything thoroughly. We felt we were in good hands and appreciate Vernon's expertise, professionalism, and kindness.
One hour heating has been nothing but helpful in getting my furnace up to code after it did not pass home inspection prior to sale. Their guarantee to make things right and fix issues is 100%. Great company to do business with.
Jasmine was very thorough and informative. She is very knowledgeable about her work. Paul & Rob were great very efficient and explained everything afterward. Definitely recommend this company. Also clean and considerate. Habib was very helpful when gong over everything about getting a new AC. Everyone I worked with was awesome. Only negative was customer service when I needed to have my credit returned for estimate no one returned my calls and still has not fixed this problem.

Gage Hawthorn came to our house to perform a scheduled checkup on our HVAC system. He was very professional and communicated very clearly with us.
