I called several days to a busy signal. Filled out a request form for service several days ago. No reply. I texted for service. No reply!
We had $15,000 worth of HVAC replacements installed within the last few years. Repeated calls to service the AC that has stopped working have gone unanswered. Not sure if they're still in business ...
When our AC didn’t work at the start of this season, we called One Hour (Santa Rosa) the company that installed our HVAC and requested service asap due to the on-coming heat wave. We took the earliest possible appointment four days later for Friday afternoon. One Hour confirmed this appt. by phone the day before, but they never showed up – no call, no notice. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We called another company recommended to us and they showed up the following day, figured out the problem and we had AC by the time they left. We learned the AC Coils and the condenser size One Hour installed did not match in size. Looking into this online, we learned that “mismatched” systems are trouble i.e. “Mismatched coils typically put a great deal of stress on your cooling system which causes them to work harder to keep in sync with one another. This will eventually lead to some pretty costly repairs and may even result in a whole system failure.” Our AC coils had failed after five years of use. Also, the repair company pointed out the AC coil drain pan was full of water because the condensate drainage pipe was installed running uphill. There was no reason for this condition and they had to replace the pipe, the rusty drainage pan and put on a gauge which lets us know if the line ever gets clogged (something One Hour obviously didn’t provide). One Hour committed to providing us an expertly designed HVAC system which their documentation listed as “premium” which is what we paid for. Having to replace the coil, a defective condensate drainage system and having a blown-off appt. doesn’t seem like “premium” service.
I have dealt with over 15 HVAC Companies over the last 6 months and I had a bad experience with all of them. I feel so fortunate to have found One Hour, I called them to come inspect the system that I had installed by a bogus company and to fix the system that was only two months old. They not only fixed the problem to get my heater working again, but installed the system the way it should have been done by the company that I wont mention here. One Hours Tech's are intelligent, professional, timely, and found very detailed small issues with our system that caused it to not run right! Don't waste your time calling any other companies, I've the done the homework for you, Call One Hour and relax, they are the best !
Took them 3 weeks to get our AC fixed, blamed it on Covid19 which I will take part of it might be due to that, but I do believe more of it had to do with them ordering the incorrect part repeatedly. What really threw me was when the repairman told me about a customer that didn't pay, so they hacked into his online thermostat and shut him out of it. Highly unethical!! Will never use them again.
Prompt competent service
Great staff and very helpful technicians!

Do not trust this company they are thieves more than repaire guys or helping you. They almost reaped me off by saying that the furnce is done and need to be replaced and I got a loan for $7500 from green sky to pay for that and luckley a honest old friend said let me bring my friend to take a look of the heater before you do that tha S.A. Heating & Air conditioning came and said need a system cleaning for $190 and kindly replaced the swtech and much more heater works fine like day one no problem and I will report this company to BBB and to DA in city of Oakley these kind of cheating people should be stoped . I don't mention the name of the cheating tech. He came to my house. Do yourself a favor don't let these people in your house or property. By the way the S.A. Heating guys said the max. Is about $3000 for a new heater. The decision is yours.
We just had a "gloriously cool central air system" installed by One Hour. I am extremely pleased with them over all. They said if I signed a contract, they could be out the next day and they were true to their word. The guys who installed, DeMarco, Mike and Matt were professional and friendly. They explained the process as they worked and never acted like we were asking too many questions, but we were :-) I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new system or simple repairs. I made the right call with One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. Next week there is going to be another heat wave and we are now protected. Thanks for all the hard work, guys.
