One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

Man came in very nice but his diagnosis of my problem was wrong wanted to do a big fix or replacement. All I had was a short in a wire. I explained that it was just working but I replaced my thermostat. He over looked that and felt the furnace was bad quickly left and I paid $69 for incorrect and poor diagnosis. My ac up running great next day another service came in listened to my story and checked properly left my house within 20 mins problem fixed for fraction of what I was quoted . I wasted time and money with this one hr company smh. If you are going to upsell atleast properly inform me.
