Jalen has been out to our home a few times now for various HVAC items. With 2 units, it seems something is always failing. Jalen is always courteous, on time, goes over all the costs and issues and always makes sure we are happy with his work. Would recommend him to anyone!

Arrived at our condo to find the thermostat was blank and the ac not running. Tried calling numerous other companies who would not make a same day service call before finally finding these folks. The lady on the phone was extremely pleasant just like Jalen who diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. Saved us a night at a hotel. Highly recommend

Jalen was so professional, communicated well, and is certainly our choice to come back whenever we need help. One Hour is a great company if they have more people like Jalen. He found the problem immediately, explained the part that was needed and even filled us in on the function or our air conditioning system. He replaced the part expertly, and we enjoyed trying to distract him because of his excellent personality. Thankful for Jalen and One Minute.
