I’ve just been “Overhauled! This company is for real, professional, timely & well organized. Happy employees make for happy customers. Who doesn’t like a good a/c job. “YOU”, unless you call. Our T-shirt sizes are extra large & a small please?
Professional technician and reasonable pricing. Appreciate response on this 4th of July holiday. No other company would take call. I'm glad they didn't I came out ahead with this company.
Ken did a very thorough maintenance check on my AC. He explained everything related to the check and answered all my questions.
John has serviced our property for last several years, very professional and friendly, always clean cut very knowledgeable about his company and trade. Very respectful too! He’s concerned about any issues you may be concerned about, has answers.

Our technician’s shirt said Darryl on it but couldn’t find his name for techs. He was very professional and kept us informed of what he was doing. It was extremely hot but he still got up on the roof and did a great job! One Hour AC and Heating has been great both times.
Danny was polite, efficient, and informative. He took the time to explain how each of our 4 AC units was operating, their ages, and how long they are within warranty. There was a mix-up with the date and time, but One-Hour promptly saw to it that Danny was redirected to my home right away.
I had Colby and Edgar as my technicians, they were exceptional I received the most through inspection ever, they showed me the issues they found Bia photos of areas and readings . They gave me long term, mid term and short term choices to my issues they outlined costs and gave me no nonsense advice to address my questions and explained in detail the results of my choices on my issues. They also made sure that I got all discounts I qualified for , overall this was a very enjoyable interaction with knowledgeable and very caring technicians. Thank you 😊

Notified me of his arrival & explained thoroughly what was being done. I highly recommend calling One Hour Air Conditioning for all your HVAC needs.

My AC compressor when down my House got so hot 🥵 my mom was not happy but thank goodness One Hr Air Condition was available they where able to sent a tech pretty quickly at least come me they came fast in about 45 min. Damian came out and was very professional truly enjoys helping fixing your ac did a great job thanks for saving us from this heat on 4th of July. The price was reasonable and they have a maintenance plan of 14 dollars a month or 169 for the year and you get two visits per year i truly recommend to have a AC service especially in Las Vegas it comes in handy to save you from a headache you still have to pay for certain parts but with this plan it’s a 15% discount on everything and you get 89 dollar fee waived for coming out. At least for me experience was great and like I said it was last minute my ac is back on working my house is cool now lol 😆

Customers since 2006 with a yearly heating and air conditioning maintenance contract. Always on time. Technicians are knowledgeable and have kept our equipment repaired and replaced at competitive cost
Very quick response and the tech was able to get the AC back from the dead. Postponed the inevitable replacement of the entire system to some other day.

Drew was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the unit and figured out the issue. He was extremely professional and even explained in simple terms of what the issue was. Advised me of the cost and completed the repair. Definitely will be using their service in the future.
