Jon and his crew arrived right on time and when I walked out the door I was as amazed by 3 big yellow trucks parked in front of my house! My first thought was “oh they mean business”! And they sure did. They got right to work and I loved that they handled all by belonging with such care. All my floors were covered with cloth tarps. And as they were finishing up they were either sweeping up or vacuuming the floors. They were very professional and kept me up to date on they’re progress through out the day. They all worked very well as a team and consulted each other when running into issues and got it done. I had a complete system put in including ducts and all my registers and grills so it’s was an all day process, but at the end I was happy with a job well done! I will say the this company gave me the highest bid of the four bids I got. What sold me was Juan’s (the salesman) knowledge of how AC system works and what needed to be changed to meet code enforcement and safety issues. Over all Jon and his crew were amazing! I would definitely recommend Jon and One Hour to everyone! It was definitely worth going with them.

Richard Villarreal, a true expert in the field of air-conditioning & heating was dispatched to my residence to conduct technical services relating to the One Hour A/C & Heating Club Membership. His protocol tasks were explained and executed thoroughly. Richard showed traits of honesty, reliability, dedication and professionalism. He is an asset to the company and deserves to be recognized.
Mike was outstanding. Very professional, upfront about pricing, and transparent about this whole process. Could not ask for a better experience.
UPDATE: Had our A/C go out (wrong time of the year for that). The local dispatcher in Portland, was great. She called and quickly set things up and kept me advised. Was able to get it fixed and had us up and running. A life-saver for sure! The service tech, Mike was fantastic. He was a pleasure to have out. Besides obviously knowing what he is doing, he was courteous and respectful, which puts people at ease, or at least it does for us. He was able to quickly diagnosed the problem installed the replacement part and the A/C was up and working again. Nice to know you have service techs of this caliber as well as local dispatchers you can count on. This is the reason we have been with 1 hour Heating and Air Conditioning for years and why we stay with them. We highly recommend them. We had been without AC since March because our home warranty said they couldn’t find the part anywhere. We decided to do it ourselves and called one hour out. They came after hours and fixed the part same day! Would definitely recommend them!!!

We required our whole system be replaced. He was extremely knowledgeable. They were patient and understanding while I gathered the funds to accomplish this. The system is being installed as I type this. I hope their services are not required for a decade or two. I would call them if the need arose.
Highly impressed with the whole experience. Nathan was very professional and highly respectful. He showed Me how I can remove the fan on the outdoor unit to keep it clean from all the debris which is very beneficial for the lifetime of that unit and will most definitely keep it running more efficiently. This Fine young man was First Class.

I am absolutely disappointed with whoever makes their appointments. Ac went out extremely hot and i called and asked the soonest they could send someone out, kid on phone said could not give me an exact time frame, i told him its ok i will find someone else (this was at 8am) i hung up and he called my phone back stating they could get someone out at 11am i said awesome thank you. 11 a.m. came, and nobody showed. When i called back, they said they never said 11am it would be before 5, seriously!! Wasted all that time i could have had someone else called. Never again, if you can't guarantee, then dont call.
Juan made the time to arrive the day before the scheduled appointment to evaluate our needs to replace our HVAC. This was an huge boon for us as we had to deal with limited time. Extremely thorough and knowledgeable, presenting several different options clearly and patiently answering any concerns or questions. Friendly and professional.
