Very personable fellow -- handled situation well. Over the many years we have used One Hour, he has been here more than once for our semi-snnual check-ups, which have always gone well.

Larson was extremely knowledgeable about the scope of work needed and did a great job of conveying the information in a friendly, informative and concise manner. Because of him, I feel One Hour is a company that is concerned with quality and a no BS attitude toward dealing with what the consumer needs.
I use this company a lot. Their technicians are very knowledgeable, always arrive on-time, do thorough assessment and fix what’s was broken.

I had a water heater replaced, as well as a new heat pump and outdoor AC unit installed. Technicians were professional, courteous, and did the jobs in the estimated time. However, trying to speak to the company AFTER the job proved to be impossible. It is now 5 weeks after the purchase and install of these new units. Not only did I not receive a final invoice of the work performed, but all the various "energy" related audits and things from my power company required information on this invoice, or model information. In addition, I tried to ask them questions on some things I might want to have done. I have called the company more than once each week, emailed and started a chat on their website also more than once each week. If I ever get to an actual human, they tell me they'll look into it, that they're the last tech I'll need to speak to, and they'll call me back.....Then I hear absolutely nothing. I've taken to writing this review solely in hopes that their company will see this and actually get someone to call me back. The work itself? 5 star, great. And frankly, that's the only reason I'm not giving this review a 1 star.
Larson is truly exceptional. We had him repair our upstairs air handler system. A quite difficult issue it so proved to be. He never gave up and organized an all-out effort by him and his company to fix our issue. He has a solid 5 star from me.
We are extremely pleased with how our technician, Larson Kimble, has been a consummate, skilled and knowledgeable representative for this company. The service from the company has been AAA+++. I can't recommend them enough.

Larson did a great job setting expectations for standard maintenance checks and showed me a few things with the unit (we bought the house over the winter). Couldn't ask for a more thorough check, or a more knowledgeable technician.
Larson is a great tech and great guy, he deserves the world and made sure we were taught all of the things we needed to know about our personal HVAC system. Really great job helping a home owner become armed with the knowledge he needs to make a good decision. After several other companies quoting thousands of dollars in repairs, he was in and out in a matter of no time, while also fixing my system on the contrary to the other companies expensive diagnosies.

Larson is very knowledgeable about A/C problems. He explained the problem, solution to the problem and his recommendation to me and answered all my questions. He is very respectful and courteous. He is with someone who is new to the company whom he is training and they are both very nice. They took their time in explaining what will happen next with my decision. Larson is an asset to the company. You need someone like him in your company.
