After googling and calling all the plumbers I could find Steve was the only one that answered! mind you this was 7pm on a Saturday night... although he had family plans he managed to drive down to help me out with my problem, from the beginning he let me know he was short staffed but would try his best to help me out...and he did he drove to my house, looked at the problem and spent over 1 hour trying to find a another plumber, since the problem was more than I had explained on the phone.... very nice guy!
Five star customer service, highly recommend! We had been out of town for a few weeks and upon our return our shower was leaking a steady stream of water. I called G Stevens Services (Steve) at 5:55pm, and he showed up at 6:15pm and had the problem totally resolved by 6:50pm. Less than an hour from when I called to schedule! Far exceeded my expectations. He is knowledgable and experienced and I had a great experience and will always use his service for future plumbing issues. Thank you Steve!

When I reached him on a Sunday evening around 5:pm he was out of town at a wedding. He told me what to do in order to stop the problem from becoming worse. Then he went above and beyond and arranged for another plumber to help me out. Now that is service!!! What a great guy!!!
These guys came over on an emergency call to replace a hot water tank that was buried behind a stackable washer and dryer unit and a wall cabinet. To say the least this was not an easy job. They were successful in replacing the hot water tank and moving all items back in place without damaging them. The pricing was more than fair for replacing our 50 gallon tank, two thumbs up!
I manage some properties locally...and have always relied on Steve for his professionalism and prompt response. He always get the job done on a timely manner. My customers appreciates the fact that he does not charge overtime or weekend calls....I can always rely on Steve to pick up the phone.
Told me on phone what to do during the rain at 5 pm on Saturday during the World Series . Then, Came out on a rainy Sunday morning first thing, fixed me up and figured out how to keep it affordable. Friendly, professional and explained everything in non plumbing language. Happy customer!
