My outdoor unit needed to be cleaned. Called on Thursday and appointment set for following Tuesday! Technician arrived on time, explained what he was doing, and answered all my questions about their rate plans for yearly service options. Highly recommend!
I highly recommend One Call Heating and Cooling, Sam is great , very personable and helped me pick a system that fit my budget he is very knowledgeable and had an answer for all my questions!!
Excellent service. One call came out and had my AC unit up and running in 10 minutes. I previously had a different company tell me I had an electrical problem. Sam at One Call saved me a ton of money after a diffrent company misdiagnosed the problem. I would recommend One Call to everyone. They are Honest, knowledgeable, and fast. I'll never call another company for repairs.
Sammy was great. So very nice and did a great job changing out an ancient HVAC on our rental property. Will definitely use him for all our Heating/Cooling needs from now on.

After a long week of home repairs it was so refreshing to work with Sammy. He was at my door within 4 hrs of me calling (2.5 hrs before he estimated). He figured out why my a/c unit was leaking, fixed it, tuned it up and even played with my very inquisitive 5yr old all while sharing valuable information/education in less than an hr. And to top that off his rate was EXTREMELY reasonable and instead of trying to sell me a new unit he gave me a realistic time frame and cost to anticipate. So thankful I found a new member of my home maint team instead of another swindler!
Sam installed a whole new HVAC system in our home. We had multiple people come look at it and he was the only one that really explained everything to us. He was back to install everything within a week. Professional, great communication, and hard worker. We will definitely use him again and will recommend him to family and friends!

Good communication and fair. Came in and showed us about our current furnace unit and what was going on with it and our options. Made the decision to replace 25+ year furnace and add a house humidifier. Happy to have new hot furnace with the cold end of January weather.
I would recommend this company. Sam was very helpful and accommodating to our schedule and needs. Very professional and informative. We were very satisfied that were purchased a maitance plan.
Sammy came out after my mom’s furnace was red tagged by two separate companies. Both companies said she needed a new furnace which was a red flag because it was only 6 years old and she had kept up on annual maintenance. I knew the companies were taking full advantage of the fact that she was a single homeowner and was obviously in need of heat in the middle of January. I messaged One Call Heating and Cooling on Facebook telling them the situation. They said they were available to come out the next day to check it out. It didn’t take long for Sammy to find my intuition was correct. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the furnace. He showed us the places the previous companies said were bad (which weren’t the same “issues” to begin with) and they were completely fine. As livid as I am, I’m also incredibly grateful we found an honest company to work with from now on. Im so thankful to Sammy for his honesty. He is very pleasant, knowledgeable and you can just tell he loves what he does!

We just had our furnace replaced by Sam and we can’t say enough about him, his dedication to his customers, his work, and his prices. We had our heat go out and a different company came out and quoted us very high. I decided to get a second opinion, but it was Christmas Eve. I found Sam through a post I made on Facebook. He was very quick to respond, even though it was Christmas Eve! He answered all of my questions, and was so through on getting information from me about or issue and furnace. When He ran into issues because of the parts store being closed for the holiday, he was quick to communicate and find a solution to meet the deadline he had told me. We are so happy we chose One Call Heating and Cooling, and will be using them for future maintenance and repairs!
Y'all, One Call Heating and Cooling L.L.C is the bomb! Below zero degree winds chills and a furnace that wasn't working had us using space heaters. It seemed as though we wouldn't get help until after the new year, but Sam from One Call came out on Christmas Eve and helped us out. He is kind, professional, and he'll be getting all of our heating and cooling work from now on. Check him out if you need HVAC work done.
This company is amazing. We had no heat. Someone recommended you guys on my Facebook page. I sent a message and got a response within 5 minutes. Sam called and said he'd be here as soon as he was finished with a job. He thought about 11:00 am. He was here by 10:42. He was awesome. He got my furnace up and running. It was 44 degrees in here. I highly recommend him. Very nice guy and the cost was fair. I cannot say enough about how happy I am. Thank you so very much. I already put it on my Facebook and will recommend you to everyone.
Sam came highly recommended by a Belton community post, he responded immediately, he installed a new valve for my fireplace. Not only was he fast, extremely nice but he did a fantastic job and was so reasonable I was in shock. I would give 10 star's if I could. I highly recommend him!!

I’ve used One Call Heating & Cooling twice now and I couldn’t be happier! Sam was wonderful! My first experience was my A/C system repair. I called one day and Sam was there the next to restore my AC on the hottest day of the year! He spoke to me about having A/C System maintenance in the spring and Heating System maintenance in the fall. I decided he will always be my go to when my A/C or Heating unit needs repair or maintenance. Sam just finished my Fall Heat Maintenance. Said he would be here at 8 a.m. and he was. Quality work at a more than fair price! Thank You!

Got caught with a bad compresser on my AC in the middle of a holiday weekend. Sammy came out on a Sunday to try to get me going. Unfortunately, he couldn't but he was here early on Tuesday morning and had me up and running that afternoon. Sammy was courteous,efficient,knowledgeable and passionate about his work.... including clean up!We chose to replace our whole system! His prices are competitive and I definitely recommend that you give him the chance to help you with any heating and cooling needs. They are very responsive at getting right back to you.
