Phil is affordable dependable always on time professional work done right the first time.
So blown away. Another company did not put the door on properly to my swamp cooler and my house was heating up quickly. I called him and he came over quickly and fixed the problem. I am so grateful. This guy is the best.
After being told by other companies it would take over a week to come look at our air conditioner, Phil said he would come only hours later. His rate was less than he other companies I called as well. He arrived 15 min early and was very nice and extremely professional. He unfortunately didn't have that specific part( ours was a little larger) but quicky return with the part and before long we were up and running. We will continue to do business with his company!
This was the best experience we have had with a contractor. Phil was honest and more the fair. He saved us thousands of dollars... another local company said we needed a new furnace. He told us it could be repaired. VERY happy
