David gave me a quote for total replacement , he made suggestions that no one else mentioned and he delivered on every detail! It is always refreshing to hear alternative solutions to a problem especially when the solution is less money! Although there was no way around getting a new AC there were other things David had noted that he said could have been done better! He is polite, professional, cleans up everything and best of all arrives when he says he will arrive!!!! My next project with David is to move dryer vent away from area condenser is located ( something he picked up on) He suggested this in order to stretch out the life of the new equipment. MONEY SAVED right there! He even sent me a web site for air filters that will work well with equipment and not like the expensive ones you buy at the grocery store!!! I could go on and on. Bottom Line you want to use “One Call Air Conditioning” for your heating and cooling needs!!!!!! Should be a ten star rating. Happy Client forever!!!
Top notch! My 17 year old unit died the day before I left for vacation. Dave ordered a new system and had it installed before I returned home 2 weeks later. He explained the entire process, gave me a written very reasonably priced estimate, communicated with me during the entire process, showed up on time, and completed the project seamlessly and professionally. He even came back a week later to check something I had a question about, just to put me at ease. I highly recommend this company.
