My AC went out and we went through four different HVAC repair companies before finding On Time Services LLC. Troy and Zack were on time and incredibly professional. They knew exactly what was wrong and immediately got to work. They explained everything very thoroughly and even cleaned up after themselves. Communication from Porsche in the main office was incredible and she explained everything that was happening so well. I've genuinely never had a better experience with an HVAC repair company and will absolutely be using On Time Services LLC again in the future!
Verify they are insured on the state website before you let them near your systems. They are limited in knowledge and are most comfortable on simple repairs. Anything bigger go direct with a real company. Some systems are too important to leave up to the subcontractor for the home warranty co. Many of the other reviews are from the owners, their family, and friends. Sadly you have to do more research than these reviews .
They were sen by my home warranty company. Never really diagnosed the problem, never followed up with me and falsely submitted information to my warranty company that “work was completed.”
I encountered this company by a personal referral over a year ago. My AC wasn't working. As a single woman I wanted to work with someone that was transparent, honest and could explain the work in plain language. 3 jobs later I can't complain about a thing. In my 15 years as a home owner this is the best company I've done business with hands down. Always on time without delays, responsive and fair pricing; I know this because I always shop around before settling on a company. They recently recommended a Home Warranty company that I'm sure will be a winner.
ON Time Services, LLC. is the ABSOLUTE BEST HVAC company. They provided on time excellent professional services in repairing my AC/HVAC unit. Both technicians were professional, detailed, took the time to figure out the problem, explain what the problem was, and how to fix it (and then they fixed it), and were polite and easy to communicate with. Top notch. I will be a long term customer.
Went behind them on an install they did 3 days ago and wonder why no Timex connectors on line voltage or stat wires and no rubber text on suction line
I had both of my furnaces go out at the same time and my home warranty company sent over On-Time Heating and Air LLC. They texted me before they arrived to say when they would be there. They arrived and were wore the proper protective gear including masks, gloves, and even put on booties to keep my floors clean. They were immediately able to determine what the issues were with both units and got them up and running with one needing additional parts and the other one was able to be repaired on the spot. I was very impressed with their expertise and knowledge of my systems and their ability to get them running as soon as possible. Their communication with me was excellent. I only had to pay for my copay to the warranty company which then paid On Time for their time and the parts needed. The main Tech Person Troy and his assistant EJ were very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and the rep at the office Danny was excellent in the communication back to me on the statuses of when they would be back with the replacement part. Can't say enough good things about this company. I highly recommend this company and would call them again and will request them from my home warranty company when I require HVAC services in the future.
After dealing with other companies who decided to charge us for incomplete work, we called ON TIME and haven’t looked back! We have an old, weird, split system that operates the left side and right side of our home (instead of upstairs and downstairs). ON TIME not only efficiently and professionally addressed the repairs, but also fully explained why the problems occurred. These are hard working guys who know their way around an HVAC system and who don’t make you feel stupid for asking a bunch of questions. If you want repairs done right, reasonably priced, by courteous and professional workers, call ON TIME.
Great quality service for my Air Conditioner. Fair price , professional mannerly service technicians. One time service. What more can I ask for . Highly recommend this company .
Had an amazing experience. Called him in the am and he was able to come out the same day! He can well inside the time window given and immediately discovered my issue! Had the necessary parts on his truck and got me running in no time. He was very professional and courteous. I definitely recommend him to anyone needing HVAC services!

On Time Services has been my go-to HVAC company for my business and home systems for over 12 years. Their reliable service staff is always honest and respectful. If your system can be saved, they will repair it with integrity. If an upgrade is needed you will be presented with a quality, fair priced, name brand unit.
I have used On Time Services twice in the last couple of months and both times I couldn’t have been more pleased. They’re punctual, knowledgeable, cleanliness conscious, and the customer service was exemplary!! I always felt like the technician was being honest and never felt taken advantage of. Excellent customer service, great prices, solid expectations, and awesome delivery of work. On Time Services replaced not only my A/C unit but also converted my heated oil tank setup into a heat pump. This now allows me to not have to pay for oil during the winter to heat my home. The job was done in one day and within the time he originally advised me of it was going to be completed. I am a forever customer.
We needed central air at our house. After getting several estimates, we hired On Time Services to install the cooling/heating system and ducts. They did a Fantastic job. The project was completed in a timely manner and they cleaned up after themselves. If you need a HVAC system installed, serviced and/or repaired...We highly recommend On Time Services!!
The name only tells half the story. Not only were they on time, the services rendered met all my expectations. This is the only company I call for my HVAC needs.
