When we had our first spell of hot weather last week, and I turned on the AC. Unfortunately, the air coming out of the registers was barely cool. I called ON TIME HVAC SF based on the referral of a business associate and arranged for a technician to inspect the HVAC system. The tech came out the same day, which impressed me -- so far, so good. He inspected our system and informed me that our system was about 20 years old and promptly repaired our system. We were fortunate they located the problem and fixed system at reasonable cost saving us thousands of dollars. (I had earlier received a diagnosis from another company that the system was supposedly "un-repairable," so we dodged a big financial hit due to On Time's evaluation of the equipment.) It was a pleasant surprise to receive honest, knowledgeable, and fast service during a heat wave. To conclude, we're very happy with the entire process, so we have indicated a perfect star rating, and we would highly recommend them to others. (Frankly, I'd be wary of the low ratings seen here.) We were very impressed with their HVAC knowledge and professionalism every step of the way. Since the repair, I have referred ON TIME HVAC to my church and pastor. I've heard that the church is very pleased with their professionalism and reasonable cost in performing preventative maintenance services.

This company are the best most knowledgeable commercial exhaust hood repair organization hands down. Restaurant kitchen exhaust hood went on the blink during a large catering job. ON TIME technicians saved the day and arrived 2 hours later at time specified, repaired the broken pulley belt with preventative maintenance work was ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Month prior they repaired our walk in cooler with recharging freon gas to having low charge. Both exhaust hood and refrigeration jobs cost me less then $800.00 and working great with no issues. Good thing they had both parts in stock with them. I highly recommend this company as they are honest, on time and know exactly how to fix my equipment without costing a fortune. Thank you and hope I don't need your service anytime soon...but know you will be the first company I call.

On Time responded to my phone call right away. Our house's climate control was on the fritz. They came in , identified the problem, and repaired it right away. Customer service was great! Thank you guys!
