Knowing that my furnace was having some issues that would likely need attention I contacted Bobby to come take a look. He took the time over the phone to discuss possible issues and was at my house the next day to make a diagnosis. He identified a few issues and let me take my time to decide what to do. A few weeks later the furnace stopped working as I suspected it might and I called Bobby for help. He ordered the needed part and came as soon as he could to repair the furnace. After replacing the broken part he mentioned another part that needed to be replaced to preserve the part just replaced and also make the furnace much quieter than it had ever been in the prior four years living in our home. The second part was installed and our furnace works better than it has in years. I had expressed my concerns about the furnace's issues with other repairmen at other companies in the past and they all said that that's just the way the furnace is and there wasn't anything that could be done. That certainly was not the case with Bobby. He listened to my concerns and found solutions that were economical and got the furnace working better than I could have imagined. I really thought I would just have to buy a new furnace to get the results I have now. I know who I'll be calling when the furnace eventually needs to be replaced. I am happy to endorse Bobby and On Time Heating & Air Conditioning. Call him with your HVAC needs. You'll be glad you did!
It was Memorial Day and our a/c stopped working. Bobby selflessly helped us try resolve the issue over the phone. But since we had a bigger issue he came down on a long weekend evening and diagnosed the issue . He came back next day with the part and swiftly resolved the issue. He even cleaned the blower fan and gave good insights on how to maintain the unit. He went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an HVAC expert.
These guys are saviors honestly! We were waiting almost two weeks on another company to fix our furnace by installing a new blower motor. I decided I couldn’t wait any longer because our house was freezing! These guys came and installed it only a day after calling them and now we have heat! So thankful! Very honest and efficient! Thank you! I will definitely be using them in the future!
As always happens, just as its getting incredibly cold my furnace stops working. I called On Time Heating & Air and had the pleasure of speaking with Bobby. I know he was busy, but he took the time to help me get my furnace working with a quick hack that will get me by until they can actually come out for the permanent fix. I couldn’t believe he knew the trick to get my very old furnace functioning so I could stay warm! Very very happy that this was the first and last call I needed to make!
I'm a new homeowner and a friend referred me to On Time after I had a bad experience with a different company. Bobby was so different! He explained what needed to be done in detail and even the mechanics and science behind the actual job. He didn't just say 'this is broke you need to fix it' like so many repair people do. Not only that he was sensitive to my financial requirements as well. I will continue or use them and recommend them, they're awesome!

So long story short save yourself some time and effort and hire these guys. We had a minor flood at our house and trouble comes in threes garage door opener and air conditioning all in a 2 day period and 100 degree weather enter Bobby & Dylan from On Time Heating & Air not only were they on time knowledgeable pleasant they got the job done fast at a unbeatable price New air conditioner, extra vents, duct cleaning if has to do with heating and air these are your guys HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

These guys are the absolute best. I was pregnant in the middle of winter and the heat went out during a cold front, and they came and fixed the heat quickly, were SO nice, kind and pleasant to be around. Cost was good, they were super time efficient, and we have had zero issues since!! This company is wonderful.
Have had to make two emergency calls to On Time, and not only did they fix everything without any follow up issues, but the employees were super lovely, professional, and efficient with their time. Plus, their pricing was great! In a sea of HVAC businesses, this one is like a glorious land mermaid. Could not recommend them more highly.

I had bobby come looked at my ac wouldn't run and fixed my breaker that was not connected all the way to my panel box. Saved me tons of money I had another company come look at it before that and they said I needed a new AC. Honest I will highly recommend bobby.
