I've had my home for 5 years now, and Tony has always been the best at fixing any issues on my AC/Heating System. It's an older unit so there have been some little hiccups, however, Tony has always given me the best recommendations on what he'd think would be best in the long run. He always takes his time to explain things to have a better understanding of it all, and always provides you with options on what could be done. Thank you, Tony for always helping me out.
Amazing service & communication! Our new mini split runs perfectly. Just in time for summer. Would definitely recommend.
The guys at On Time were great. True to their name they were on time and got the job done in the timeframe they said it would be done. Had a full AC and Furnace replacement with new ducts and vents and I couldn’t be happier.

Purchase my 1st home in Pomona about 7 years back. It was a starter home. A.c Needed a recharge and it worked fine but the 2.5 ton A.c gave out after a year. Called Tony again but wanted a 4 ton unit and on both accessions he was in and out. On time, got the job done and checked in with me before leaving. Moved to Whittier 2 years ago and called Tony again for a full Ac Charge. Last year I Called Tony again for a new fan. The motor burnt out. Tony purchase a new motor. Took him under 30min. I do business with Tony because I’m rarely home. I’m a truck driver and free time is something I don’t have much of. We set a time and date and he delivered. One exception the fan. The fan was on back order do to supply and issues at the harbour if you can remember going on. So that did get delayed but I understood. It was the communication and feedback that kept me coming back.
Tony was knowledgeable and professional! He was patient, and explained everything. I was worried the process would be confusing. Everything was installed in a timely manner. The walk through was easy and stress free. I recommended Tony!
