I called today to Carlos Reynosa, he is an amazing human being, very respectful, knows his job and had the time to explain all he was doing, I'm very satisfied with his work and definitely I will recommend the company and his job!!!!!
My a.c. went out! John helped me figure it out and help me through finding the solution I needed to fix it. He communicated great and was always responsive when I asked questions. I will definitely be referring him to people who need A.C. work anytime.
Great job and price. Had them replace my entire system that was original to the house (1978) with a new heat pump. They were in and out in a day. Very pleased. :)
This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They are inconsiderate and do not respect other people time. They no showed an appointment when they had a four hour window. Then promised they would there the next morning between 8-9. They no showed again. They finally made it out after our warranty company called them. They ensured the warranty company that they would be here in 30 minutes. They showed up 3 hours later. They did not have everything they needed so a worker was supposed to be out at 8:30 the next morning. Guess what? A no show. They owner of the company told my husband that one of our heating elements was out and that he was going to replace them. He told me that they were going to go out soon but he was not going to replace them. This company is a joke. Don't use them. I would have given them 0 stars if that was an option.
Nothing but troubles dealing with this company. Installed parts incorrectly, broke our property while doing work and never told us, left the old unit and never came back for it. Missed appointments and never followed up. Total train wreck.
The worst company I have ever dealt with. They came out to fix my air conditioning system told me a part was bad and put it on order. Apparently someone didn't do their job and the part didn't get ordered. I contact the owner, I believe he said his name was Giovanni, who gave me his word that he would come out on Thursday and fix my unit himself. He never showed up nor has he answered or returned any of my calls. My unit hasn't been cooling in well over a month starting the end of July. The whole month of August in Kennewick heat with no air conditioning. In my opinion, some people aren't suited to operate their own business and this guy is one of them. Don't waste your time or money on these idiots and find a reputable contractor for your HVAC repairs!
They did an amazing job with my system! The tech Nick came by and got my AC up and running again just in time for summer! Happy to have cooling again, thank you thank you!
