Quick to respond! Jim knew what he was doing and was reasonably priced.
Jim and Ben were friendly and efficient. They took the time to explain what needed to be done and had our air-conditioning running again in about 30 minutes. I will definitely use them for future repairs.
One of the best businesses I’ve ever dealt with in regards to customer service. I called at 9:20am and they had someone on their way at 10:30. They did the diagnostic, tracked down the part and replaced the same day! Furthermore, I had questions about a different issue I had called for and they took the time to explore options with me for my other issue. I will be using these folks for any services in the future and certainly refer them to family and friends.
Fast efficient, changed out blower motor, took 2 visits but very pleased, will refer anyone in the future.

WOW, what a professional crew! From the initial evaluation to the end of the job Ben couldn't have been more professional and polite. He knew what needed to be done and let me know what was happening. They were in and done in less than a full day. Old furnace was hauled away and no mess left for me to clean up. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Update after 10+ years - Was finally time to replace my entire HVAC system (furnace and a/c). Jim and his team continue to be timely, educational and a pleasure to work with. They completed a complete duct cleaning, tear out and install in two days and continue to be the only team I trust to do this work. In a world of "big businesses" in the HVAC world its a privilege to be able to rely on a local company who works hard and does the job right. Update after 7 years - Another year and another aging HVAC system need and again I recieved a timely response, and education on how to maintain my system (which I'm a HUGE fan of). I even got support over the holiday weekend when I know the demand is huge.. again super thankful for the advice and the assist to get me back up and running. Jim has always been prompt, honest and is willing to help educate you about how to make the most of the system you have. Been a customer for over 5 years across two homes and he's the only number I call when I have an issue or need work done.

We have them come out and service our HVAC twice a year. Always show up on time with excellent communication and professionalism. Went above and beyond, they needed to clean off our unit with a hose, but our garden hose, that we cut off in the winter, was stuck on the hose bib. They cut it off the hose bib for us so we wouldn’t have to take care of it later. Would highly recommend.
