I noticed my A.C. quit working at 4:30pm today, these guys were here and had it running again by 5:15pm. These guys always get here fast and always give you a fair price. Thanks guys!
It’s a shame, I had on-demand heating come out for an estimate and was about to schedule my heat pump installation but just wanted to know what the fed tax credit was first and still haven’t heard an answer back. I sent an email and called twice but still no answer. Maybe it’s best it worked out this way because if they can’t respond to a simple question I’d hate to see the response if I had an issue with the equipment once it was installed.
Although they were to busy to come and give me an estimate, Dan was very knowledgeable and professional to talk about my furnace.
Knowledgeable quick service at a reasonable rate.. Steve at On Demand knew from a short conversation over the phone what was wrong with my furnace and was willing and able to come out that day to fix..

We've used OnDemand for 2 years for oil burner service but recently we had an emergency situation with our fuel tank leaking. We had an appointment for a week away since the leak was super-slow. Then suddenly it became a fast leak. Steve and crew showed up within an hour of my call and stayed until after 8 pm to replace the tank and refill for the next heating season. I am so grateful and pleased. I knew that I could trust them to do the job right, and they came through for me again. Many thanks.
We have used On Demand for about 5 years and they have always been fantastic! At the beginning of June my husband who had been hospitalized for a medical emergency was being released. We had no idea he was coming home on June 7th however it turned out to be extremely hot and humid day. I woke to find my central air was not working. I immediately called Steve at On Demand and explained the situation to him. My husband could not come home with no air conditioning. Steve had someone come over while I was at the hospital to fix the problem. A few weeks later I spoke to Steve about how the central air conditioner never worked great and ran all the time non-stop and the house was just above bearable for my husbands medical condition. He explained that the one we had ( it was here when we bought the house. Totally different company installed) was not the proper size for our home. He gave me a quote and told me he was tied up at the moment with prior commitments to other customers. He would be able to get to us around the week of July 12th. Needless to say we now have central air that works! We do not need to use a large window unit to supplement what our central couldn’t handle. I felt comfortable with the quote. He has cleaned our furnace every year. Always been upfront and honest. We didn’t feel we needed to waste time getting quotes from other HVAC companies!!! Thank you Steve and guys your amazing 🤩
Steve was very nice and fixed our air conditioning. When I called on Tuesday they said we will be out Thursday morning. And they are local and supporting local business is what I do, and they came right out and got it running. I will be using them for all my heating and cooling problems. Great company
Beware! Steve came to my house to fix my propane furnace. He could not find the problem after a number of visits and purchasing parts. I realized later that he stole a brand new portable propane heater from my basement, still in the box.. No one else had access to my house, and I noticed it had disappeared right after he was here. Do not hire this man. He denies it, but I know he stole it.
They were friendly & had our furnace replaced in one day! They went through our place to be sure all of our heaters were working properly and were safe for our children. I will be recommending them to my family & friends.
On Demand Comfort was literally a lifesaver for our family. We were protecting our 93 yo mother from COVID contagion and the heat. Our condenser died just before the July heatwave was starting. The original company who installed it said they could not replace the system before August which was 5 weeks away! Steve came the 2 days later, inspected and quoted us a replacement. Stock of the A/C equipment was in peak demand and short supply due to the season and COVID as so many factories were effect by the pandemic. Steve and his amazing crew installed the A/C system the following week. The system has been working wonderfully through the heat of this record heat summer. They were completely compliant to protective protocol, wore masks and were so thoughtful in everything they did which could put us at risk. We would highly recommend them and plan to utilize their services in the future. Reliable, responsive, communicative, worked quickly and all around good people. We are so grateful. Thanks Steve!
After having a broken in wall air conditioner for over a year (and it was only two years old) and two other service people couldn’t fix it, Steve and Steven found the problem right away and had it repaired in no time! What a pleasure to deal with a professional and knowledgeable team. They were able to schedule an appointment very soon after we called them. Thanks guys!
The Serviceman from On Demand Comfort showed up to after I called because our central air conditioner failed in the first day of a heatwave. I had a bad experience with the new company that bought out the original company that sold, installed, and serviced our system. Every time I needed a service call they sent a salesperson/technician to upsell me on all kinds of contracts and services that being an honest contractor myself, I could see right through them. Talking with the On Demand serviceman I was pleased to find out he was the owner and his assistant were his son's. My God a good old fashioned family owned business. Steve diagnosed the problem located the part and had to have it overnighted. The next day was a hot one when left for work. All day I drove and met with my customers and in between thought to myself is this guy for real? When I got home around 6:30 PM there in my driveway were two beautiful On Demand Comfort vans. The whole company was there working on my unit. I knew we were going to be able to get a comfortable night's sleep. I as a contractor pride myself in customer service and this company does too. On demand Comfort installed a new furnace in my home few years ago and now services my heating system every year. They have always been very polite, professional, and reliable. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I recommend them 100%.

My wife and I purchased our home last year and it had an oil furnace that just took up too much real estate in our small home. We asked Steve to come and take a look and get his opinion about a combi furnace and on demand hot water heater. After discussing our options we asked Steve to go head and move forward with upgrading our heating and hot water. Steve did amazing work. I recently had someone come pick up my old oil tank and they asked me who did the install of my new system. After I told him ,On Demand and Heating and Cooling, he told me that it was some of the best work he's seen. Apparently he too works in the HVAC field. So if you're in need of a HVAC, or plumber look no further!
