The owner of the business came out and assessed that my Central Air Conditioner system needed replacing. When his staff arrived they were on time, very professional, and went above and beyond by installing a new thermostat as well as explaining how the system worked. I highly recommend this company.

Our HVAC/Heat gave out during THE coldest weekend in February, 2023. On a weekend no less. Duke from On CALL was able to come out within hours and diagnose the problem. While they couldn't replace the HVAC that weekend, they ordered the parts right away and came first thing Monday. Which is exactly when they said they'd be there. Duke was there all day, finishing the job until it was done--and done right. Since then, we've had two very small (fixable and no fault of On CALL's) issues and once again, Duke was there to make it right. I am my Condo's President and will recommend On CALL to anyone who needs honest, trustworthy, and timely help with their HVAC. Thank you, On CALL team.
The service tech (Vinny) was great ,very knowledgeable about what happen the to the boiler.the circular pump was bad ,bleed the system, and set the proper temperature. And the best was to get someone on the weekend were things go wrong.
Vinny was excellent, the work was done fast and meticulously. His diagnosis of the issue was spot on and the heat was back on fast.
I was very pleased with this company. They are very professional and I’d certainly recommend it to anyone with heating issues.

Our heat stopped working completely and it was very cold out. They sent in the technicians right away. The woman on the phone, Gina, was polite and prompt to address our needs. Eddie did diagnostics and it turned out that we needed a control board replacement for our boiler. He called several places but they said it would take more than a month to get that part, but Eddie did not give up on us. He made a few more calls and got the part the same day. Duke came in the same day and installed the board. These people care and do their job!
Specialist Duke was on time, professional, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained the issues where I could understand. Great experience. I would recommend Duke and the company to others.
Absolute greta service! Vinny came in and was able to spot and fix the issue right away. He replaced a faulty part of the boiler and talked me through exactly what he did and if the issue comes up again what steps to follow. Highly recommend!
I am very impressed by the professionalism, courtesy, customer service, expertise and product knowledge demonstrated and organized by Vinny and Danny from On Call Mechanical Services. What was an emergency situation over the weekend was addressed with fast response and a visit from Vinny (within the hour from my first call on Saturday!), and a plan to fix the issues with a solid, thought out solution. Today, I have a new furnace and water heater, flawlessly installed with absolutely minimal downtime. I am sold on On Call Mechanical Services, and they are my new go-to company for any and all future service requests.

A huge thank you to Vinny for coming the morning after Christmas to fix my boiler. It was one of those super cold days and I was struggling to find someone who could come out that same day. He was professional, courteous, and quickly figured out the issue and fixed it! I was immensely grateful to him and to On Call for responding so quickly.
My heat wasn't working in mid winter...they seemed to go out of their way to get there the same day. Ed was professional and laid out all of the options available to fix the issue. I ended up needing a new furnace, they came the next day w the entire new system. Danny and Vinny worked all day installing. They were neat and took old stuff away and explained everything.
