I've been doing business with On Call for years, and the 2 things I appreciate most are (1)they know what they're doing and (2)they're great people. When my unit basically lost its mind, their tech, John, refused to give up until he found the problem. I've always been more than satisfied with their work.
This is Steven Brannon from On Call Heating & Air in response to the review that Angie M. put on google I've and looked through our records and we do not show you as a customer. We are not a company that can be dispatched by anyone or any other company, we dispatch ourselves! When we are not in the office we have an answering service to answer our phones after hours therefore we don't have voicemail for our business calls perhaps you are mistaken.
This company was dispatched to fix my AC unit on Thursday. Today is Saturday and no one still has not showed up. I’ve called several times. No one answers the phone and the voicemail is full of course. I have a baby in the NICU & a son with asthma. The last thing I need to be worried about is how hot my house is! I’m sure Mr. Brannon is somewhere in nice cool air. This company is unprofessional.
