We had Ali come to replace our water heater for us. He came recommended by our water mitigation company who was very good so we thought that they would provide a decent recommendation. Ali came to perform the job and installed the water heater but he did not take the old one with him. He said he did not have room in his truck to take it with him, which for me, I don’t understand how you don’t have room for a water heater if you brought one to install and left that one. Anyways he said he doesn’t and I gave him the benefit of the doubt especially because he said he would come back for it. It’s been SIX WEEKS of us trying to get in touch with him. My fiancée calls and he ghosts her then I call him. He answers and says next time he comes to our area he’ll pick it up. Conveniently he is never in our area. Shocker. I would recommend anyone else to perform any of these services especially because specialists for these services are very abundant. Moral of the story is make sure the whole job is complete before paying the bill.
Ali, is very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. He has the ability to think outside of the box and come up with solutions. I had consulted with several People before Ali. They all said that because of the size of my closets and ceiling I wouldn’t be able to install the A/C system that I wanted. Ali was able to find the solution and get the work done. So happy with his work! I would definitely recommend him.
