Excellent work, efficient and knowledgeable. First tried to fix my air conditioner which I appreciated. However when it became clear it was going to be costly to fix, took the time to explain details of a new system and provided me with information to make a good choice. Really went above and beyond in customer service. Then did a superb job installing a new air conditioner. Highly recommend Olympus!
Julian's the best he's now my go-to guy for HVAC work have a few Airbnb places and he's been on time and out quick when I needed I'm super friendly guy!
Olympus Heating and Air Conditioning has done a phenomenal job and has been our continuous go-to whenever we need repairs. Our AC unit has gone out on us a few times and whenever we call, they are able to come out and help same day. Great pricing, extremely professional and educational. Thank you for helping us!!

We had no air conditioning, and some unusual symptoms. Prior to this problem, we called this same business to fix a problem with our heating. Julian was great both times. Julian was able to work out the issue and make only the necessary repairs. He didn’t replace parts carelessly in an attempt to fix the problem. He troubleshot the system carefully and made the appropriate repairs, ultimately saving us money and time. The previous installation wasn’t done professionally, and he was able to correct what they had done wrong. He was respectful of our home, and gave our dog attention upon request. We can’t recommend him enough!
Olympus heating and air did a wonderful job with cleaning out our A/C unit and furnace! They were very convenient to work with and our repairman was very caring and empathetic about our situation! He was great with educating us about how to care for our unit and responded to our needs in a timely manner. He made sure we were all set to prevent any further problems with our unit and has since then checked in to make sure everything was running smoothly! Highly recommend. :)
My furnace stopped working and I needed heat asap! Julian came right out and troubleshooted the issue quickly and then replaced the motor for a very fair price. I will continue to use him in the future.

So first off it was a Saturday and I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. But we tried Olympus heating and air did.While he was in someone's hot attic.The service man said he would be over to look at it after he was done. So he did come over to my surprise!!! And He had a great attitude for working on a Saturday.When he found what the problem was he couldn't find it in Tooele. This man drove back into Salt lake,city for the part .WOW... AND THEN CAME BACK TO TOOELE!!! ON A SCALE OF 1-10. I WOULD GIVE HIM A 15!!!!!. THANK YOU JULIAN. It was great to find someone who has a GREAT WORK ETHIC. AND A GREAT PERSONALITY TO . He was Great! And done everything to my Satisfaction. I will highly recommend him to all my family and friends.
Julian came out to check our AC which had been running poorly. He quoted a $60 diagnostic over the phone which would be deducted from any repair or replacement needed. He was friendly and seemed thorough, pointing out where we had a coolant leak and outlining repair or replacement options but after I told him we needed to think about the repair price and call him back, the $60 diagnostic price became $90 because he had had to ‘go through and check for leaks’ (which I assumed would be part of any standard diagnostic?). He put our unit back together, but we noticed after he left the outer cover was dented, several screws and a valve cap were missing. He also left us worried when the AC unit wouldn’t start up again. We finally figured out he hadn’t reset the breakers to turn it back on. We ultimately called someone else to install a new unit.
Julian is great! He shows up on time and is fairly priced. He is also very knowledgable and helpful. I highly recommend Olympus!

Olympus Air team is awesome!! I called because we weren't getting cold air from our unit. Jullian came out the next day to assess the situation. It did not take him long to find the issue. I was ready to buy a whole new air conditioner but he said he could get us up and running with a simple fix. He even took the time to look over our furnace and give advice on how to extend its life. If you want the best, he's the one to call. He's professional, knowledgeable, and gets the job done. We will definitely use him in the future.
After getting quotes from other companies and not feeling confident in the price I came across Olympus Air. Jake came to my home and offered the work at a very fair price. He was super knowledgeable and wasted no time getting the work done. I highly recommend this company! Thank you Olympus Air.
