Said he could fix my ac in a day or two... A very hot and busy miserable week goes by and I call only to find out that my ac had been fixed 2 days before while no one was home and with no call to confirm. Suffered in silence for 2 days due to lack of communication.. Unprofessional. Also $100 under-quoted. But they did fix it so... Yay?

I have two AC/heat pump units: one for upstairs & one for downstairs. The one for upstairs where there are 2 bedrooms needed to be replaced. I decided to go with SEER 20 Ductless Minisplits (floor mounts) and give each bedroom it's own unit. My roommate is never home so i don't want to cool the entire upstairs just for me and waste electricity. I had six companies come to provide estimates. Old South gave me the BEST pricing PLUS military. Also, they are the only company who could install the units where I wanted it. On top of that, I had the industry best Mitsubishi product with a 12 year warranty. The Old South team completed the installation as well as removed the old air handler and condenser in one day. Icing on the cake, they provided me a moisture detector for upstairs and downstairs to beep when there are leaks! I highly recommend Old South and am excited to share this review!
Met on a Monday, installed on a Thursday. He said they would be here at a certain time. Called on wed night to say it would be 30 min later, which was much appreciated. They arrived on time, and installed it in one day. Even programmed the thermostat before they left. I appreciate it when someone does what he says he will do.
