Sean and Crystal came On short notice on a very hot day. Our puppies were getting hot and they fixed the problem pronto. Highly recommended them.
June 3,2021 I got my ac put in 3 years ago and not even a month later one june 29,2021 it broke down it keeps on freezing up everytime its turned on and then it doesnt cool anymore ive delt with them for such a long time and have been patient with them when i call and ask about whats going to be done all crystal tells me is there fighting with the warranty and they dont want to respond back i asked them for the number so i can call she never gave it to me and i ask to to speak to shaun and crystal doesnt let me i called about 3 months ago to see What was going to happen with my AC? Because obviously I have 4 kids And I new summer was coming up, so it wouldn't be so hot in here Crystal told me that they would head over here some day That they had available, and she would get back to me And she never did. It's so frustrating and sad that I have to go through this. And it's been 3 years that I haven't been able to get my AC stuff resolved. And before anyone comes at me for not getting someone else its not fair i have to put extra money from my pocket for something that was not put in the right way or the ac was damaged when it was put on in my choice i wouldnt reccomend them everyone has there own opionion but this ones mine but good to the people that do i hope one day no one goes through what me and my family have gone through may you all have a great afternoon
This guy comes out while I'm out of town and fixes my AC unit without calling to confirm anything on price or anything then I tried to call to see if he even come out to my house I got no response, so I left him a message and the next morning I received an invoice for $328!!!! I was livid to say the least, when I told him I'm not paying for something I had no knowledge of he snapped at me and said fine I'll just come remove the that part and you can hire someone else! ( this was for a $15 part I looked it up.) DO NOT USE THIS GUY BUYER BEWARE!!!!!! They say they care How so? By blowing us off when we took an entire day off work when you promised to be there? Or not properly diagnosing the unit the first time you came out? Or taking pictures of the blower motor and STILL GETTING THE WRONG ONE? ($568 later) or not calling the customer until 10:30 at night to let them know what you did? Or lied about how many people were in the house? Or scamming people out of money by marking a $15 part up 150%? I'm sorry but the reviews will stay right were they are!!! If you'd like to take us to court for your supposed $328 I'd love to see what the judge would have to say about all this.
Called this guy to come out and promised to be there when I took a day off work for him to show up, he never showed up kept getting excuse after excuse then finally shows up a week later while I was out of town fixes a part on my AC unit (without calling me after diagnosis) I had no idea what he had done or if he even came out! I tried calling him and calling him I got no response finally the next morning I received an invoice for $328 for a $15 part!!! These guys are amazing! I've had them work on and look at my AC unit and my furnace. They are very honest with you. They don't tell you you need a new system just to make money like I've had other companies do. I had a different company come out to do a cleaning on my system and unplug something in my furnace and then told me I needed a new one. Sean and Crystal are all about the customer not over charging you to make money.
Found leak in system fast. Sean was very professional. Installed new Condenser quickly. System works great now. Thank you Sean from Vale Oregon.
I needed a new HVAC system. Another company had quoted me a price that I felt was very high and I was reluctant to agree. I mentioned it to my neighbor who told me about Old School HVAC so I called them. They were out within a couple of days and went over my system and quoted me a price for just a bit over half of what the other company had quoted. I accepted their offer, they ordered the system and had it installed the next week. Very professional and did what they said they would. I highly recommend Old School and won't use anyone else from now on.

I was having problems with ac not cooling. Other company came quoted me over $1000.00+ just for them to start looking for leak. I was told since my AC was put in 2009 it's just better to put in new system since my unit uses R-22. This is all crazy talk old school came out put nitrogen in system looked for leak and found one of the valves that had been leaking. Now I'm a life time customer. Recommend 100%. Best rates and honest people. Won't try to sell you new system. They will truly fix what you have. Even if it had been on inside coil system he was ready to get a new one ordered and swap them out. Truly ac repair... Down to earth. Not corporate and real honest.
System installed on time and as agreed. Very fair price and install was well done and trimmed out well. We love the system and would recommend Olde School to all.
I have now worked with Sean and Crystal on numerous projects for their customers as an equipment distributor. I have grown to know them both well and am always impressed by how customer focused they both are. It all comes down to doing what is best for the customer and they always go way above and beyond to make sure that happens. Our old home was cold in the winter and hot in the summer. After being quoted extremely high prices for our home we were losing hope. After one simple call with Old school heating & cooling they came and looked at our home. They assessed our home, showed the best options available and it was a done deal.
