Was away on vacation and received an alert that our heating stopped working. Risking pipes freezing and coming home to a frozen home, I was referred to Brent by a neighbor who highly recommended him. Brent came over super fast, fixed the situation and offered thorough explanation and affordable options. He is the best in the business!

Brent with Ohh-Zone was able to get to us very quickly and repaired our whole house humidifier for a great price! He cleaned up after himself and took extra time to explain why the problem occurred and what was needed to fix it. We invited him back a week or so later for a maintenance issue that we had been putting off and he got us fixed up with that as well. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about Brent and Marsa. After a lifetime of rental homes, they are educating us on the best way to care for our HVAC systems. When things go wrong, they come out as soon as they can. They are just good people! Brent never tries to upsell for anything. If he gives a price range for coolant and he doesn't have to put in the full amount, he only charges for what he put in. He offers what options are available for repair and then gives detailed explanation behind each option, with no pressure. I wholeheartedly recommend Ohh-Zone for any HVAC work!

Literally BLOWN AWAY by the cool breeze now blowing through our house! We had one of the "big names" with all of those reviews up here before we called Ohh-Zone, and they quoted us $20,000 to fix our A/C without even crawling around in our attic to get a thorough understanding of the issue we were having with our old A/C unit and whole house ventilation system. Brent and Marsa were professional, courteous, and oh yeah, fixed our A/C for 1.5% of the quote from the other guys... a few hundred bucks and excellent service later, we are now enjoying living in a temperature controlled home instead of the 85º-95º hotbox we've been living in since giving-up on a fix years ago when we bought the place due to that original scary quote. Bottom line: Call Ohh-Zone. They give an honest assessment of the issue, and they don't nickel-and-dime you. Just because we all live in a desert doesn't mean we have to remember it every day in the summer months, or feel the burn of our wallet. ☀️

Brent replaced a purge pump on my swamp cooler and did a great job. He was upfront on the pricing, which was competitive, and he was able to get to the job quickly. During the repair, I was out of cell service and he noticed that the float wasn't working. He (correctly) knew that I would want it fixed (it was leaking water everywhere) and replaced it as well. The price still came under what he initially quoted me and I didn't have to call him back to do it. Great experience and it was nice to work with a local small business instead of one of the huge repair firms.

Brent and his wife came over to access a problem I had with a drain pan. He was able to find one and replace it that same day. He also found some other things that concerned him (after an incomplete job my husband did). He was very thorough in telling me exactly what worked needed to be done, and then showed me the work after the was done. His price was a very fair price, and I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pay. I would highly recommend Ohh-zone for all your Hvac needs. Professional and inexpensive are hard to find! Brent and his wife showed up on behalf of United Power to remove a unit they had installed on our AC. It just so happens that over the last week of 80-90º weather our AC stopped working. He and his wife kindly addressed and fixed the problem and made sure our house and family were cool again.
