Very professional and on time. Looked at my system on Friday and came to fix it on Saturday. Highly recommend.
They installed my unit about a year ago and I’ve called , left messages numerous times to have them come check it since it’s warranted. Was told several times they would come out . Made arrangements to have myself or husband there , no call saying why they couldn’t come and never showed. Called several more times with no response. So took it further and reported to BBB . Tried calling again and was told they wouldn’t be out to fix it because I reported them and they said they didn’t put a warranty on the unit for parts and labor ( receipt and all says different) . Took further action. Was trying to be nice and give them business since they installed the unit but with the way the treated me I will not use them ever or recommend them.

Very unprofessional! Joe even asked for a hairbrush of mine to clean out my thing inside. Also we tried calling with no answers back after they claimed they fixed our air. We told joe our issue the day he came out to supposedly fix the air. Instead he said let it run all night but it should be fixed. Mind you they was here maybe 10 minutes and left saying it was fixed. Paid them $360 to fix my air or do whatever they did called them back the same night because it wasnt working said they would be out the next day. Then never heard from them finally 2 days later he comes out and now is saying they need 1400 to fix it. Oh and the first day he walked in he was like where's your bathoom I got to go.oh can.I have a drink. Do not recommend what so ever very unprofessional!
Thanks to David and his service staff! They have fixed a series of issues resulting from a sloppy installation job by another local company. And best of all, they have warrantied their work. It is hard to find honest and responsive service companies these days. Thank goodness they still exist.

So my A/C went out last week. First I called some "other, more well known companies" but there prices were too high (they charged me $68-$79 just to show up!) plus they were going to charge me $400 to fix it! So then I Called Ogles Heating & Air. And let me tell you, I'm so glad I did! They sent someone right out to my house for only $29 (much better than $70) and he was able to fix it on the spot for less than $200!!! (Half price) And it's working perfect! It makes me wonder why the "other guys" were so much more expensive? (I guess they have to pay for all that advertising) Anyway, Thank you Ogles Heating & Air.
