Two men from this company came to repair our air conditioner. They diagnosed that they would have to get a part to repair it. They went for the part and we assume they stopped for lunch because it was quite some time before they returned and we called the company to see when they would be returning. When they did return, they hooked up some wires and sparks flew. They then said they would have to order another part. We waited for a week and then called the company and asked the person that answered how the part was coming. He said he would ask the repairmen and get "Right back" with me. After a few days passed and no communication from the company, we contacted another company to get the air conditioner repaired. The new company sent a repairman out; he examined the air conditioner and said the two men had hooked up a 120 line to a 24 volt line and fried the control boards outside as well as downstairs. (No wonder they did not "get right back" to us.). The new repairman went to the store, bought the needed parts that the incompetent repairmen from HVAC had broken, and fixed the air conditioner in a short time. We were definitely not pleased with the service of Ogden HVAC.
Came and saved us on a cold night. They repaired our furnace when others said they were too busy. Very friendly and very affordable.
