I would look elsewhere. He is the 6 week man. He started the job in June, come September he was still fiddling with it. Meanwhile I had no hot water this while time. I fired him.
Tom was over the top accommodating to a very stressful emergency plumbing Issue in my home. He arrived within the hour when he heard the concern in my voice over the phone. He was quick to identify the issue, explained the steps he took to fix the problem and even identified other issues that can be fixed as a preventative in the future. I HIGHLY recommend him and will be using him moving forward for any and all plumbing concerns.

TJ is more than accommodating. We have a mid 1800s farmhouse and he and his staff did fairly extensive work to our original mono-flow heating system. His work is to industry standards or better. He is easy to get along with. Cleans up after himself and his staff. And he was understanding of tight schedules. We are grateful that our upper floors are no longer in the 80s when our 1st floor thermostat is set to 65.
OffGrid’s craftsmanship, and thorough understanding of system operation and components was second to none. Tj Explained everything flawlessly so I completely understood and felt comfortable with my well system and hot water heater. Any questions that arose for me he always took the time out to explain his approach on tackling the jobs. I never had an issue with any pricing I received. Customer support is top notch and I will most definitely be recommending Offgrid for anyone’s HVAC, Well, and plumbing concerns. I took advantage of the military discount he offers as I am retired Army he is a stand up guy.
Off Grid Mechanical is a top notch HVAC and Plumbing contractor. They offer a high end finish at a very responsible price. They got our project designed and installed in a matter of weeks. No problems at all system runs flawlessly. Highly recommend. Great company!!
