I recently had the pleasure of working with Earl and Michelle, the owners of this HVAC company, and I can't say enough good things about them. From start to finish, they provided exceptional service. They were prompt, professional, and courteous, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. One thing that really impressed me was how knowledgeable they are. They took the time to explain everything they were doing, and they were happy to answer all of my questions. They even helped me find resources for other projects that are tied to the work I needed to improve my climate inside the home. Another thing I appreciated was how transparent Earl was about pricing. He provided me with a clear, detailed estimate before starting any work, so there were no surprises when it came time to pay the bill. He put every item in its own line so we could work within my budget. And speaking of the bill, I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable Oceanview Heating and Cooling's prices were. I expected to pay a premium for such high-quality service, but their rates were actually quite competitive!! All in all, I can't recommend Earl and Michelle and Oceanview Heating and Cooling highly enough. If you're looking for an HVAC company that truly cares about their customers, give them a call. You won't be disappointed!
Earl the Pearl is our hero! Michael & Sons, Russell's and a couple others quoted us over $1,000 to replace our HVAC system simply because the faceplate to our current system stopped working and was no longer manufactured. Earl the Pearl hops in and uses our preexisting HVAC system infrastructure to connect to a Google Nest System saving us over $600!!!!!! This is the only place I'll ever go or recommend for our HVAC needs. Thank you so much Earl the Pearl.
Earl came out to service the gas pack unit . He was very responsive and actually offered a lower cost alternative for the repair that saved us money We would definitely use The company again and can refer them with confidence to others

Excellent excellent excellent and excellent, they did an emergency AC repair at the same day in record time. Very professional and efficient. Best company i have ever used in Hampton road. Very happy that i did. And i will never use anyone but them anymore. Keep it up.
Earl and his team were amazing. They repaired my broken AC unit for a fair price after another company attempted to price gouge me. I definitely recommend using them for your HVAC needs.
Michele helped me with scheduling service and she was very nice about getting me taken care of quickly. Earl came and found the problem right away. He answered all my questions and had my AC cooling down fast. I highly recommend this company!
Super positive experience (which is uncommon these days). Staff was very communicative. My HVAC issue was a little non-standard. So, it took a minute to troubleshoot. But once they isolated the problem, they knew exactly how to resolve it. And the bill was very reasonable. Very satisfied with the outcome.

Antonio came to clean out my system. He called while on his way and arrived smiling and on time. I really appreciate positve attitudes and happy demeanors in people- especially first thing in the morning. Job was done thoroughly and when I had a few questions about my system he explained he didn't know but would call Earl to come check it out. Earl arrived shortly after and gave me some options instead of an up sell. He took the time to explain the differences in each. Both nice guys, friendly and helpful. I look forward to using to them again.
I would certainly like to extend an extra thank you to Earl an Antonio for the exceptional job they did on repairing my boiler and getting the hot water and heat back up and running. I would recommend Ocean View Heating & Cooling for any repairs or maintenance. These 2 guys were definitely on point and deserve well beyond above average accolades!! Great job Earl an Antonio!!
Earl and his helper did an excellent Job replacing Hvac. He sets up his own work table.Takes time to do the Job right. Very kind folks .l would recommend Ocean view Heating and Cooling to Anyone that wants the Job done RIGHT. ☆☆☆☆☆
It's Sunday and we called around 8 am. He was here by noon and fixed the AC in less then an hour. It was going to be 90 degrees today! We are very pleased and would definitely recommend him (Earl - owner).
Tech took the time to explain what the problem was which was very helpful. Great customer service.

Excellent service! We would absolutely recommend Ocean View Heating and Cooling to anyone. Michelle was kind and friendly when helping set up our appointment. Earl was early to the job, knowledgeable and did fantastic work. We recently had a contractor in our crawl space who commented on the great job Earl did. They even said, “yeah you can trust him!”
Excellent service! Polite, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I texted Ocean View Heating and Cooling after my HVAC system started having issues. They got back to me within 5 minutes and were helpful and informative on what I needed. Earl promptly came to the house 'after hours' and fixed the issue. System is working now and I have no doubt it'll continue to work! Highly recommend their services.
