Throw away account to protect my family. We lost heat in the winter and called a local contractor. He told us we needed a new furnace. In comes Ocean Aire. They installed a new thermostat and furnace. Worked ok for six months. Summer comes and we turn on the AC. AC works for a week and the whole system stops working. We call Ocean Aire for service. BIG MISTAKE. First off, four people show up for a service call. You may ask why? Because they are going to bully you into giving them money. I was told I needed to replace the thermostat and transformer. Why the thermostat? Because we were told WE changed the thermostat and WE broke the system. They start throwing numbers at us for the service. The total was near 1k. We declined. They demanded 150 dollars for diagnostics. When I asked for an invoice, they stormed out of the house and told me never to call them again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I found them to be aggressive and one of them was very creepy to my daughter. Don't let these people in your house. They are not trustworthy.
Very unprofessional, incompetent, and downright hostile when asked to fix an issue they created. Stay away from this firm at all costs.
Was charged a very high cost for a on hours central air recharge and then 3 days later the system stopped working and suddenly we needed a new condenser... That to me is predatory business practice. Would not recommend and frankly I'm quite upset my family was taken advantage of.
Had ocean aire out to service my unit after it was showing some fault codes and wasn’t working. After about 2 hours I was told my unit had a leak and needed refrigerant. Unit worked for 30 minutes after they left and I was told by the owner they would not return. I would not recommend using this company.
Paul and his team are the most honest and professional HVAC company in the area. I am very unfamiliar with central air systems, but Paul was incredibly patient and clear about what had to be done to fix my HVAC system. He also came out the same day I called in the middle of a heatwave to help. I will absolutely call Paul and Ocean Aire for tune-ups and maintenance because of how professional and honest they were on top of the extremely high quality of their repairs. I cannot recommend Ocean Aire enough.
Paul and his team saved us thousands of dollars with ingenuity. We were ready to write them a very large check for a new unit when this team sprung into action to find a more economical solution. They are professional and courteous. Five stars, with thanks and my wholehearted thumbs up.
Great service and honest guys, will use again
After having several HVAC contractors not bother returning our calls, I found Ocean Aire. The owner Paul Walsh returned our call right away, showed up the next day to give us an estimate and installed an entire new AC system in half a day with his hard working team. I'll use them for all our heating and cooling needs in the future.
Not easy getting A/C repair in the summer heat but Paul and team showed up quick and got straight to the problem. Really nice guys and very professional. Highly recommend Ocean Aire

Found myself in a pinch during a heatwave.... Paul and his crew saved the day. The install was super professional. The price was the lowest out of the 3 quotes I got but the workmanship was 2nd to none!!! I'd give 6 stars if it was possible...
I had called Paul @Ocean Aire after he was highly recommended by a friend of mine. I thought I had a big crisis, by the end of the conversation I was blown away at Paul's ability to help people relax and put the proposed problems in terms we can all understand. He showed up quickly with his crew and by the time Paul and I were finished with our Introduction to one another, one of his Techs had came up and had already diagnosed the problem. Paul explained to me what it involves and how much it would cost and how long to get the system back to normal . I gave the ok to fix the issues and next thing you know my house was comfortable and I felt at ease. Paul is part of a rare breed of men that still believe in personal and professional relationships and superior quality of his work and relationships. Based on the professionalism, and the outstanding quality of service I would highly recommend Ocean Aire to anyone with an emergency, rebuilding ,upgrading or building new. Thank you Paul and the guys at at Ocean Aire for putting my family's well being above all.
I was impressed with their knowledge of ductless heating & cooling units throughout the entire process. The owner was thorough and the technicians were able to overcome some challenges at my home that we did not anticipate. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a positive contractor experience.
