We needed a new HVAC system at our old house. I had several companies give us estimates. Chris was the one who spent the most time with us and answered tons of questions. Our home is the money pit and whatever can go wrong, will. Chris and Eric were so kind and patient with all the craziness. I am still texting Chris questions, he answers timely and even on weekends when I do not expect him to. I highly recommend this company.
My heat stopped work when it was zero degrees. They came right out, found the issue, fixed the thermostat and the heat came on! So appreciate the fast service! Definitely recommend!
They were sent to my home thru American home sheild and he .please dont use this company .i promise everything he said was not true.The A coil was only 4 yrs old and when i checked it it looked brand neeoutright lied and said that nicotine was was was causing my system to fail and wanted to charge 9 to 1200 0.00 to fix the unit
I appreciate Chris and his team with helping me out. I have an older system that is up in the attic with some various issues that I feel like Chris has been going above and beyond to help me out with. Chris called in about 7 hours from my initial request. Gave a timeframe on when he would be onsite. And Chris had my unit running colder since I moved in. Would totally recommend his company.
Eric arrived right on time. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to diagnose and repair our issue quickly. Definitely recommend!
Had Chris come out twice within a week to fix my HVAC system, paid over $400 and 3 weeks later, the system stopped working again. I had to get another company to correctly figure out what was wrong with the system and fix it. Called Chris to let him know and he was quite rude, arrogant and unprofessional on the phone. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They are very professional and respectful. They came out 3 times for us (each a different issue- we have an old ac that's bound to go out totally soon) and have replaced parts. They are great at explaining everything. Super transparent and prompt. 10/10 recommend

Chris is the best in the business. Always responsive and on-time and does great work. I have a lake place and called him on a Friday night when he was closed because my AC unit wouldn’t come on and he called me back to help. Above and beyond service.
This company has our A/C working better than it has since we moved here 5 years ago. They called me immediately after my request was sent. They came out less than an hour after the initial phone call and got our issues solved immediately. We have had an A/C company coming out every spring and still our A/C worked overtime to cool. Since Oasis fixed it I now have cold flowing air in every room. I am beyond happy with this company!

We had an issue with our air conditioner and Chris was sent out through our home warranty company. Not only was he on time, he was earlier than the time specified, prompt in returning phone calls and did a very good job in no time to fix the issue we had. Also explained things about the AC and had good recommendations. Wasn't pushy or trying to sell things either. Other companies we have used before would have gotten a negative 1 star but Chris was great! Will use again with or without a warranty company and will also refer to neighbors and friends when they need someone in this field. Thanks Chris...
