These people are fantastic. It took quite a while because they had to special order the unit. Ryan was the man who worked on it from beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered any questions I may have had. He truly is an excellent asset to this company. Thank you Oasis!!
We bought a house with an ancient, non-working AC unit from 1980 and then learned that we had a bad furnace to boot (Google Lennox Complete Heat). We got 4 different estimates and Oasis came in at the best price with the highest spec equipment. They had to run a new connection to the intake air, run new venting to the outside, and run electrical for the A/C, and the job took a half day longer than anticipated but they stuck to their original bid. The top of the condensing unit got scraped up when trying to get it through our narrow gate and they had already placed an order for a new top before I even noticed it. We had couple issues a few months later and they came out quickly to take care of things without any charge.
