Beware of them. They may have 5 star reviews on this account but they have plenty of bad reviews on there other page. Scam artists doing what they do, ripping people off. Call a legit company. You are better off calling a legitimate heating and ac company. There prices are absurd. He replaced a contactor relay. He said it was going to be $275, I thought that’s expensive but oh well let’s get it done, when it came time to pay oh there is an additional $125 so it’s $400 now. The phrase on there shirt you will know how much before we start is a lie . An honest company would charge there labor and 25-45% on markup. They charged me 275 for the part alone which they sell locally for $30, online it’s $10. I paid 275 for the part and 125 for labor. I paid him but please go to a reputable person. $200 would be reasonable for a service call and profit on a $10 part. I would love to make $400 in an hour but I have a conscious. I am all for business making money. But there is a difference between making money and ripping people off. I understand knowledge comes at a cost but that’s your labor cost not in a astronomical parts profit. As you can see by there reply they are happy to call me a scam when they know that’s all they do to customers.
No good they are ripping people off. They have three different pages on Google so the ratings aren’t accurate. Stay away and call someone reputable. They will sweet talk you and rip you off and make it feel like they are doing you a favor by taking your money. They say they tell you the price before hand but that’s a lie. Price will magically increase when it’s time to pay. Save your self the hassle and call someone else

My ac went out and OAR came within a hour on this 103 degree day I thought it was going to be a huge problem but it turned out to be a simple fix I would have paid thousands to get the ac back on for me and my family but Hasem was honest and billed me for way less than I thought thank you again for the great service !! I highly recommended OAR heating and air to anyone in the 209 and Central Valley !!
EXCELLENT Customer Service! On the hottest day of the year, early August, my A/C went out. Ramon came to my home the next day but committed the same day. I was impressed by his friendly spirit, given he had to work in the HOT sun! He was able to repair my A/C quickly and reasonable $! Tonight, 3 weeks later, my A/C isn't kicking cold air. I called him at 4pm and he arrived at my home at 10:30pm - AGAIN, impressed by his service. He fixed my A/C in minutes! His generosity and professionalism can't go unnoticed. I will refer his company throughout my contacts. If you need A/C or Heating, please contact him. He really came through for me. Thank you!

OARS Heating and Air truly deserves 5 stars. Hasim was the only company to respond on a Saturday immediately with professionalism, expertise, and graciousness. The temperature was estimated to reach 104-105 degrees today and tomorrow and my AC decided to go out last night. Hasim arrived within an hour after calling him at 7:30 AM. He had the problem fixed in less than an hour and suggested a new thermostat which I needed to replace my 26-year old one. He thanked me for my business. I cannot day enough good things about a business that puts service in emergencies before bigger business non-weekend service. I’d support smaller businesses every time who still have integrity and kindness.
