No good service, scam artist at there best. They are doing daytime robbery with there prices. Call a legitimate company. On there shirt says you know the price before we start. Quoted us $275 for a $20 dollar part. And when it was time to pay oh there is a service fee of $125. Please don’t be persuaded by his sweet talking. Call someone else. Unless you want to feel ripped off.
He is a complete scam!! Stay away. He is robbing people. He is a fast talker and takes advantage of people. Call a reputable company!!! He will act like he is doing you a favor and rob you being nice. He charges. Do your self a favor and call someone else. The other 1 star reviews are true!!
You are better off calling a legitimate heating and ac company. There prices are absurd. He replaced a contactor relay. An honest company would charge there labor and 25-45% on markup. They charged me 275 for the part alone which they sell locally for $30, online it’s $10. I paid 275 for the part and 125 for labor. I paid him but please go to a reputable person. $200 would be reasonable for a service call and profit on a $10 part. I would love to make $400 in an hour but I have a conscious. I am all for business making money. But there is a difference between making money and ripping people off.

Great company, Hasem and Ramon both work really hard to make sure the job is done and everything runs efficiently. Best part is they treat you like family.
Over charged me $430 fast talker didn’t do anything really. Scammer. Be aware!
This the second time I had this company to work for me they installed a Heating and Air in me garage now my dog have a warm place to lay.
Although I can’t promise a similar experience, our encounter with Ramon was spectacular. Called at 6:30 PM on Sunday evening, he got here, fixed our AC, cleaned it and inspected it all by 8 PM. Our AC is running strong again! Thanks Ramon! A+, will recommend to all.
Do not use this company. Ramon was very nice to work with but like other reviews, he came in to fix something and charged me double of what the cost should be. He also lied that he changed the product. He left the original part and said he changed it. My manager even asked him to show the part he replaced and he lied and said oh I don’t have it. I had my regular AC guy come to check the problem cause the AC wasn’t fixed and I found out he didn’t change anything. I am fighting the charge legally and I have proof he lied and didn’t change the part. This company is a cheat. Do not use them.
Called for service and Ramon came out here in such a short notice. Did an awesome job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend to hire this company.
Ramon was awesome. He came out the same day when no one else would. He was extremely responsive and professional. Did the job quickly and was always friendly. Would definitely do business with him again.
We were Blessed to find OAR when our A/C went out on a triple digit day! The service was outstanding! They were swift responding to our call on a Saturday, as well as being professional and courteous on the phone and in person. Their rates were very reasonable even though it was a major repair. I would highly recommend them to everyone. THEY WORE A MASK too!
Excellent service and extremely quick! Had an issue with our Wall Furnace and they came out within an hour and had it back up and running in no time!! Worked with us on the cost and it was very affordable! Highly recommend for amazing and friendly service!!
My heater had an intermittent problem where the heater would shut off before it reached the correct temperature and then start blowing cold air. I contacted Home Advisor and they sent me O A R 's contact information. Ramon came out immediately and said that it was the gas valve sticking. He quoted $875 to fix it. He came back, put in a gas valve and left saying that he 100% guarantees his work and to call if anything goes wrong. The heater seemed to work but the weather was warm so I didn't leave it running. I left for a week and when I came back and it was chilly so I started up the heater and it was doing the same thing. I called and to my delight he agreed to come back out that day. He did something quickly to the heater (maybe reset the heater) and it appeared again like the heater was working. I told him that was what happened before and he said it could be the thermostat. He then quoted me $650 to replace the thermostat which is a 20 min job and the thermostat I wanted was $249 so it was close to $400 in labor ($1200 an hour). I nicely declined, went and got a thermostat, installed it but it did not fix the problem. The thermostat was working because my air conditioner was working fine with the new thermostat as it did with the old one. I called and told him the heater still wasn't working. He replied "my part is working fine" and wanted to charge me 250.00 to come and look at it so I guess the standing behind my work statement went out the window. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY because if the work isn't right, they will just keep trying to charge you more to fix the problem.

Was having concrete laid today and my air conditioner stopped working. It was after 4pm but the owner of the concrete company recommended OAR. They made the call for me and Ramon came within 40 minutes diagnosed my problem and had me back up and running again within the hour. He was polite, courteous and walked me through the problem and gave me a quote before starting any work. I will use him again. Thank you Ramon, with a very hot 4th of July a day away this household will be chilling.
I was reluctant to pay for the repair because with minimal diagnostics and no explanation the tech. gave me an estimate of over $400. Although the tech. may have been right I just didn't feel confident in the process. It would help if they walk the customer through the steps taken to identify the problem and solution.
I got home from a long day of work and found my heater wasn’t working. I called OAR and they came out immediately. The service guy informed us that the igniter was bad and needed to be replaced. He was able to fix at a reasonable price. Thank you OAR
Very friendly.
This guy is a criminal. He harassed my family and stole from us and ripped my thermostat off the wall without permission. Because we questioned his $350 charge for a $15 thermostat. Do not hire him!!! Stay away from this guy!!
