Oakland Heating and Air was a great group to work with. The team was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire process. They were able to give us multiple options (and quotes). Everyone we worked with was professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. We had a big project and they had everything up and running in a day! They even reached out the next day to follow up on how everything was running and answer any additional questions. We would highly recommend Oakland Heating and Air to our friends and will work with them again in the future!
I've had oakland out a couple times at my house. I called in and Dan was at my house within 1 hour and was able to solve my problem while I was at work! Great service and quality workmanship. Very pleased with Dan and the whole crew at Oakland!

In my experience with Oakland, they have always been attentive, professional, and able to provide options on how to best proceed. Josh and his team at Oakland just completed repairs on my HVAC system following an inspection report to sell our home. I was in a panic discovering it was more work than I would have thought, but they fit me in on short notice the day before Thanksgiving so we could get the repair done before our closing. They’re THE best!
I used the same company for many years just because it was convenient until today. I just used Oakland for the first time at a residential property after they serviced a commercial property I help manage. From here on out will only be using this company. They are knowledgeable, professional, affordable and most importantly considerate. Not only did they have the best pricing but their tech, Dan, knew the systems well and was able to have them up and running in a jiff. Would highly recommend this company for all your hvac needs. I am writing this review as someone who actually reads these and can see through the fluff ones people write to promote versus recommend a business.
Josh, Daniel, and the whole Oakland team have taken care of our HVAC needs for years now. They are always prompt, honest, and professional. They provide great service at a good value. Our previous home had an older system that others had wanted to replace, but with some minor repairs, Oakland kept it together working great. Our new house ending up needing a whole new system, and they got a great system put in at a good price in no time. I know we won't have any worries when it comes to HVAC for many years to come with Oakland around.
Daniel was phenomenal with his customer service. Response time was able to diagnose and fix the problem super quick! Highly recommended.
Our AC broke during the middle of July - our worst nightmare! The team gave us a quote that was comparable or lower to others we called. What won us over was the responsiveness and care we felt when we spoke to the team in a panic. In the beginning of August my air and cooling wasn't being distributed correctly throughout my house. The office was always freezing and the rest of the house was the right feel. I asked friends and family for a recommendation as I had someone else out before and they failed to fix it. Josh came out and offered me 3 different solutions and had the issue fixed within 15 minutes (and didn't charge me hundreds of dollars like the original person)! I can finally work in my office again and not freeze to death. Thank you Oakland!!!
Josh and his team were responsive, efficient, and cost effective in my several experiences using Oakland. Each time, they were able to arrive within a few hours when we had an issue with our AC system. Not only were they quick to fix the problem, but they walked me through exactly what the issue was, and solutions on preventing it from happening again. Best of all - they are completely transparent in the pricing of their services. While other HVAC companies will charge an arm for a leg to obtain any new material, and inflate labor costs, Oakland provided quality service at a great price. There won't be another HVAC company I'll ever use! Thank you Oakland!
Josh and the Oakland team are top of the line! They are responsive, do good work, are respectful and don't try to nickel and dime. I had a complex job where I removed a wall with all the ductwork for the second floor and they recommended a ductless mini split system for the upstairs to solve the problem. They showed up on time and had the entire instal done in just a couple days. If you need HVAC work in the Indy area, don't hesitate to give them a call!
These guys are great! Josh the owner is honest, reliable and truly cares about his customers! I was concerned I would need a new HVAC but he took the time to find the problem and fix it. Josh and his team are undoubtedly the best value in Carmel. We have sourced several companies in the area and Oakland far exceeds the competition on two fronts: honesty and price. No one enjoys spending their money on HVAC service or feel they were pressured into something they didn’t need. We found his pricing to be fair and he only recommended repair on what really needed to be repaired. No pressure to replace the entire system. We’ll be calling them again!

We’ve been so impressed with Josh. Our AC went out in August the day I went into labor. He handled everything and had it working by the time we got home from the hospital. Highly recommend!
On A Saturday night in the winter we ran into an issue with our furnace and Josh dropped what he was doing to help. He's quick and efficient at what he does and at a very affordable price. Highly recommend Oakland Heating and Air!
