Needed my system checked on because it couldn’t keep up with this Texas summer heat, these guys were very accommodating with scheduling, great customer service and were able to come out next day. Eric is great, got the service done with a smile on his face while it’s 104° out! I highly recommend this company for any hvac needs you have!

Quality repair work from knowledgeable staff. It's great getting such amazing service from a local shop. Went the extra mile to get a part replaced under warranty. I will definitely recommend this place!
Had heating unit quit at lunch on Friday. They made it out same day, and found out parts had failed. Both parts were still under warranty and they took care of that entire process. The new ones came in on Monday and installed same day. A company that is honest, reliable and friendly. I highly recommend them.
Eric did a complete analysis of my AC/ Heating needs to replace my16 old unit. Gave me his recommendations to address the a problem with cooling off all rooms evenly that my old unit couldn't do. They came to replace it with the recommended Lenox unit as planned. It took them 8 hours to redo the ducting for upstairs and installation of new units
Had an emergency repair and called his emergency number. Ultimately didn't need him but response was very good! Showed up on time!
Had my ac go out in the middle of summertime, felt like it was 135 degrees inside my house. One call to Oak Point Heating and Air, Eric rushed over immediately, gave me an estimate far lower than I expected and got me up and running the next day, and got me out of the dog house with the wife.
Can't say enough about Eric and the team at Oak Point Heating & Air. We came home late one afternoon (8/16/22) to discover the bedroom unit not heating. The back half of the house was already well above 90. Called in to see if there was any possible way to check out the problem yet that evening Eric worked us in to his already busy schedule and got the issue resolved quickly. We appreciated the short notice service and were happy to avoid sleeping in the living room! We've been using them for years for annual checkups. Trustworthy, reliable, very competent on the technical side, reasonably priced, and friendly on top of everything else ... can't ask for more than that.
Eric was responsive and helped quickly and professionally. I will continue to use Oak Point for all HVAC needs.
If I could give Oak Point Heating and Air more than 5 stars I would! We were introduced to Oak Point through our warranty company and I'm so glad we were. Our upstairs AC went out Monday night and by Tuesday morning I received a call from Jacqueline. Jacqueline was so sweet and helpful and really understood the urgency of our situation. She set me up with Stacey who was able to get me on the schedule by that afternoon. Eric came out and was immediately able to diagnose the issue with our AC. Eric reviewed all of our options with us and we decided to purchase a new unit as we knew it was inevitable (our original unit was 17 years old). Eric and Stacey were able to get us scheduled that Friday. The morning of the install I received a call from Stacey before Pablo and his team arrived (early might I add which was amazing!). Pablo and his team were professional, polite and efficient. They had our unit installed earlier than expected which allowed us to have enough time to cool off the upstairs to sleep in that night! A few hours after the install, Jacqueline called to follow up and make sure everything was running ok and that the install went smoothly which was much appreciated! I don't think I have ever written such an enthusiastic review and I really can't recommend this company enough! I look forward to working with Oak Point for future services and any future needs!
Oak Point Heating & Air are the BEST! Our AC went out this morning at 4 am. Eric came and conquered, and we are so grateful to him and Staci for taking such great care of us! Awesome company, awesome people!
Just shady in general. Didn’t complete service as requested and completely ignored by office and field representative.
Our AC went out over night. After calling 5 other companies, Oak Point Heating & Air was the only company we were able to get out the same day, with an evening appointment. They said they would come out sooner if they were able and they came out 4 hours earlier than scheduled. Had it fixed in less than 30 mins. The tech was very friendly, explained the problem. Told me he knew what was wrong just based on the information I provided about my problem over the phone. Would highly recommend, prices for our sos repair were reasonable.
Cannot say enough good things about Oak Point Heating and Air LLC - I got home tonight at 7 PM to a 92° and rising house, two panting dogs, and a fish tank with 90° water... Panic started to set in. I had seen their truck around and figured I'd try my luck, thinking I'd be fortunate if they could come by tomorrow. Y'all, Eric was over within the hour 🥹 So grateful to have my air up and running again ❤️
Our AC stopped blowing cold air, so we called Oak Point Heating and Air. Eric came out after hours and fixed the issue right away! Highly recommend him for any of your AC needs.
I had a decent start with this company to get an appointment (even though they said mentioned they will call me to see if they can come earlier than what they had committed but they never responded). I had called multiple time to find out when they will come and fix my system but every time they will take my details but never cared to call. I'm not how these guys got above 1 star for their service. I would never recommend this company even if I hate someone.

In this hot summer, this company didn't fix our AC in 3 weeks. They are lying to us that they reported our situation to our Home Warranty company. But they never did. We had to call Home Warranty company to follow up everyday. We still don't understand what kind of things are behind scene. They are dishonest. Never done business with this company! BEWARE!
Very nice guys came out! Spent a lot of time to figure out what was wrong! They came out through my home warranty!
