Words cannot express the excellent and courteous service I received from Jamal and his team. My furnace broke down I called them and got a new one the very next day. Their prices are fair and very affordable vs four seasons. I highly recommend this company. You can trust and believe they will address your HVAC issues with the most urgent need possible and knowledge to back it up. Thank you for the great service and level of concern.
Our a/c problem was discovered and treated quickly and effectively by Oak Lawn HVAC. Josh, the technician, was courteous, helpful, and well knowledgable. The personnel at the front desk was extremely responsive and helpful. Andrea answered my call when I needed help with my a/c, which was not working correctly. She dispatched Josh to take care of my worries. Josh has a great disposition marked by kindness and consideration for others. My conversation with him was focused on the issue at hand, and he went over the possible causes of it. After inspecting the a/c unit, the ductwork, and the coil, he returned to work. He discovered the problem after a lengthy examination on his part. My options were laid out before me, and we devised a strategy to deal with the situation. A/C is more reliable and stable now than during his brief stay at my house two weeks prior!!
It was a pleasure working with Josh, the service technician. He immediately set out to find a solution to our dilemma when I presented it to him. He discovered a pinhole leak in the refrigerant pipe after inspecting the system. He displayed images of the fluid level gauges and demonstrated that our system was operating at or below the manufacturer's specifications. We had a two-year-old machine still covered by the factory warranty, so he advised me to contact the original installer. To have a man like him working for you is an honor, and your firm should be very proud to have him!!
