This man owns his own company. He puts pride in his work. He came out to my home did not have the right motor for my AC unit, so he put one in it that worked until he received the new motor. because of him doing that, I had AC the whole time and in two days I am pleased to say he came out on the weekend and I certainly appreciate that. Thank you sir.
Responded promptly, quickly diagnosed the issue, and was able to get parts and repair the system in just a few days

Gilbert is the best there is! He is honest, respectful, professional and fair. I called another company before I found him, I think it was Precision Air, they tried to charge me 800$ for a new heating unit when all I needed was a new thermostat. Gilbert charged just a little more than the thermostat cost, his prices are extremely reasonable and fair for labor and I had no problems that winter staying warm 😊 be careful some of these companies are shady and will rip you off but not Gilbert!
My Air conditioning was not cooling. OAHU staff came out quickly, diagnose, and fixed my AC . Now, my AC is working well. I recommend OAHU to anyone who encounter with AC problems.
Wow, what an amazing experience! Gilbert came to check my ac and what do you know, he diagnosed the problem in minutes. I have nothing but great to say about him and this company. Gilbert is very nice, honest, very knowledgeable and professional. I’m usually wary about dealing with any company but there are still honest and hard working people out there. Gilbert is AMAZING!! We LUCKILY were referred to OAHU AIR LLC through our home warranty company. I called on a Sunday morning and Gilbert was at our home within 2 HOURS!! Gilbert is a VERY LOVELY gentleman who gave us some great suggestions as well as take care of the problem with our A/C. We DEFINITELY, ABSOLUTELY recommend OAHU AIR LLC without any hesitation!!
Gilbert is highly knowledgeable! I had a company incorrectly pull my AC unit out for my pool construction. Gilbert caught the error and saved me a tremendous amount of money. I would recommend Gilbert, he’s honest and has a tremendous amount of knowledge that will save you time and money.
Oahu Air is a trustworthy company to trust your AC needs. I dealt with Gilbert and while other companies tried to push expenses while systems replacement at ridiculous costs, he was able to check the system for leak and recharge it for a fraction of the estimate. I would recommend this company for any of your AC needs.
Gilbert was amazing,prompt,professional and did everything in one day!!! Had to use him after waiting over a month for anything ac to just get parts then weeks after still didn’t fix it!! Ty Gilbert!!!
Oahu air was contracted to fix heating unit for my property to which they did so. However when speaking on the health of the unit they explained they were only asked to fix the heating issue so that's all they did. I said understandable but any concerns with the life of the unit because it is a older unit, to which they responded if you wanna change it change it... That doesn't help me and if you're a AC expert these are valid questions that customers have that should be answered. In addition to all this he did not explain in detail what was fixed and how long things would last. Poor communication on the solve of things as well.

AC went out when it was 115 out. Oahu air came out after another AC company failed to fix the problem 3 times. The technician had it up and going in 30 min. Fixed all the wiring issues the other company had created. He was very helpful and friendly. He answered my questions and explained things to me. After 2 weeks of living in a house 100+ degrees it was amazing to finally sleep in a home below 80. Defiantly will recommend to friends.
They came out when our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of 110° day in the summer. They showed up on time, knew what the issue was, and was able to fix it quickly. They did fantastic work and I've saved their contact info for if we have any further issues or need servicing.
Had an AC company come assess my nonfunctional unit. They told me that I will need to replace the entire unit for 8 grand. I called Oahu Air and they came within 30 minutes and fixed my AC in 5 minutes time. Super nice guy too; saved me from being ripped off. Would definitely recommend. I will be recommending this company to everyone I know.
We called for air conditioning repair Sunday afternoon. Oahu air was out first thing Monday morning and got our A/C up and running very quickly. Gilbert from Oahu air was very professional and just plain a nice guy. Thank you for the great service!
Gilbert with Oahu Air has been an outstanding resource. We’ve used Oahu Air multiple times and have always been pleased with his professionalism, timeliness and resourcefulness. I’ve been burned by 2 other Air repair companies in the past to have Oahu Air come in after them and fix their mistakes our outright dishonesty. I’ll only use this company going forward. If it can be repaired, he’ll do it. If it needs to be replaced, I trust Gilbert to know that it’s the right thing to do.

Due to an emergency we had to find a company to call since Gilbert was out of town and not back until the following day. Decided to try One Hour AC as they appeared to have a decent rating.. Not sure where all the positive reviews came from but this company was a total scam. In the middle of this current heat wave my 86 year old mothers AC was blowing warmer each hour (went up to 88 before the technician arrived). He was outside for maybe 5 minutes and told her there was nothing he could do to fix it. Said she needed a brand new unit and they could finance her one for $9000. Of course she can't afford that on a fixed income. A friend had recommended OAHU AC, a small personal business. Gilbert came out and spent 3 hours in the heat in the attic as it was only the motor that needed replacing. A $600 job. Now thats the kind of company that deserves a 5 star rating and who i highly recommend for his honesty and professional attitude. Stay away from the big ones like One Hour. Shame on One Hour for trying to take advantage of the elderly!!! Gilbert goes above and beyond!
