We are pleased with the service and follow up from O&N. Orlando was very prompt, professional and courteous and gave a good explanation of our issues. We would certainly recommend them.
Orlando was really nice and very informative. He explained what the problem was and what the next steps were. I found him through choice home warranty.
Mr Orlando was extremely professional and took responsibility to fix our system. Initially called him through our warranty company (Choice, who I do NOT recommend at all). Orlando kept in contact with me via text over the 2 weeks it took Choice to honor their commitment upon being forced and finally finished installing the new system meticulously with no short-cuts while explaining the process to me in a simple manner.

Orlando was very responsive and on time. He was the most responsive, professional, and efficient technician of the many service calls I've had to submit through Choice Home Warranty. He was quick, efficient, and got the job done. Communicative and honest contractors are hard to come by, so I'm thankful to have met Orlando. Another major factor was that he was respectful to my tenant as well as myself when diagnosing and quickly repairing her AC. I would highly recommend him for AC system repair whether you have a warranty or not and will probably skip right to him in the future.
We booked a repair to the coil on one of our AC units through our home warranty program, and are grateful we got Orlando! He was honest, thorough, and efficient. While going through home warranty programs can be a bit of a process, Orlando was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend O&N - they did a great job and always on time!
I highly recommend O&N Cooling and Heating. His mannerism and quality of work was very professional. Not only did he complete the work that he quoted but also made sure the entire draining system was functioning properly.
Orlando is very professional, he came with protective gear on and has always been on time and responsive. When he fixed my furnace it had a flame thermostat issue, after that I had another gas valve issue within a week and temperatures were getting cold, he came checked the issue, submitted the claim to my warranty company and got the part and replaced it the same day understanding the urgency. Would highly recommend his services.

I was referred to O&N by a good friend of mine who was pleased with the service. I spoke with Orlando and explained my that my AC had stopped working. Orlando came out the next day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with a very affordable quote that included; parts, labor, parts, and warranties. Orlando came in my home with protective gear to protect my home interior. The job was extensive The work was done very efficiently. O&N completely replaced my ac coil, related parts and services within 24 hours of being contacted. I very impressed…great job.
Orlando was so great. He was very polite an respectful. He solved my problem right away. Very knowledgeable! I will use him for any heating/cooling issue that may arise.
Orlando is knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning. He is a rare combination of experience and desire to do things the right way. He was not in a big hurry to fix my A/C issues, and my system is running now like a charm. I will use him from now on as he is reasonably priced and cares about serving his customer. Solid guy.

A neighbor of mine has had Orlando do work at his home and he recommended calling him when our thermostat wasn’t working. I called Orlando and he was able to come that same day. He did a great job.
