Kevin came out do do an emergency repair of some very poor work that had been done by another service. He was willing to jump in and take over where the other service was stuck and telling me I needed a complete replacement of a 6 year old system. Kevin quickly and accurately diagnosed and fixed the problem saving me thousands of $. Highly recommend you start with O’Leary for all your hvac needs!

Kevin absolutely saved the day- our AC stopped working during the heatwave. I contacted him on Friday and he was able to get to us on Monday afternoon! Was friendly, and was in and out in maybe 5 minutes. Could not be happier! Thank you! :)

Hottest day of the year my Air conditioning Unit went on the fritz. Kevin was here the next day (July 29th) and fixed it in 15 minutes! Extremely kind, professional and courteous. I will always call O'leary Air from now on!!
I called Kevin @ O'Leary Air on a Tuesday regarding a last-minute repair that needed to be done at one of the properties that we were purchasing. Kevin was very responsive and immediately scheduled a walkthrough and service installation for the following Tuesday and Wednesday. He was very responsive and cognizant of the deadlines associated with our real estate transaction. His prices are competitive and fair. I will definitely be keeping Kevin's info in my back pocket for future HVAC services. Very professional.

Was facing AC problems over last 6 years. Got repaired 3 times. Finally decided to go with new AC. Multiple agencies were contacted but no one gave me price and confidence as Kevin. Kevin and his team came in and installed AC within no time. Very professional work. I recommend this company.
This is 2nd time we have used Kevin and O’Leary Air. First time was to repair a water heater and this time they installed a new furnace. Would highly recommend. They had the best price and fastest turn around. He diagnosed the problem yesterday afternoon. By 3pm today we had a new furnace installed. Great service, great prices, knowledgeable and friendly. 5 stars all the way.
Kevin was quick to answer my after-hours voicemail, asked for a brief description of the problem, and showed up on time ready to address the issue. He worked through his steps to diagnose the problem and had it figured out in about 10 mins, repaired in about 20. All this for what I consider a very reasonable price. When I have future HVAC needs I will definitely be contacting O'Leary Air!
Bought a home that had an air pump installed by O'Leary Air the year prior. I found there was a whirring noise and called Kevin to see if he could check it out. Kevin made it out to my house to quickly troubleshoot the issue. He was thorough in determining what the source of the noise was and then fixed it without charging me for the visit. I was so impressed and I would definitely recommend them!
