Pat is very knowledgeable explains what is going on with the unit . He has helped me many times to keep my air running and my house nice a cool.. very professional thank you for your service as much as I'd like to never see you again I know here in Florida I have you to save the day!!
I cannot say enough great things about this local family owned business. I was quoted over $5,000 for a new unit by another AC company that came out only to be referred to Pat O'Donnell and decided to call him at the last minute. Though he was on vacation with his family, Pat made sure to get somebody over to our house immediately and within less than two hours, we had a tech go get a new part and had our air up and running with a new thermostat and motor. Not even close to what the other company quoted and Pat also discovered that our unit was still under warranty and took care of it for us!!! I simply cannot say enough great things! He called upon his return from the family vacation to make sure all was still running well. That is the kind of customer service that causes people like me to recommend him time and time again. It is what sets apart good local businesses and I really appreciated his quick response and professionalism.
I would recommend O'Donnell Air for any HVAC need. They provide quality service and respond in a timely manner, day, evening or on a weekend. I found the owner Pat to be very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain the issue with our system and didnt try to "up sell" us into something we didnt need.
